Ed Stairman must have read my mind and contacted me right away to let me know what the order actually included. For the entire order, it was a little more than I was able to spend right now, so he refunded and cancelled the order for me immediately. Very impressive. Future customer here.

The sales person, Chris Carroll was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He guided me in choosing the correct conveyor and motor. The price was reasonable and the delivery was prompt. I am very satisfied with the product which serves our purpose more than adequately.

Received order quickly. Cabinets are of sound structure, well made, and of good design.

Crane was shipped on a solid supported pallet easy to move from delivery truck and to job site. All bolts needed for unit assembly were included note: base anchor bolts not included. Jib crane has a smooth rotation operation. Crane meeting my expectation and I would purchase it again.

When I needed to change the shipping after placing my order I was contacted within an hour. Customer service is excellent. The material came in quickly. The racking was easy to assemble and makes our wire storage look much nicer.

I was very happy with everything, from changing the color to get delivered earlier, the level of service and help I received is hard to find these days. I was very excited to see the lockers arrive in excellent condition and a few days ahead of schedule. I was expecting some installation instructions with the locker parts to make assembly easier, but there were none. The parts were all correct but it has taken extra time in figuring out how to assemble everything. After some trial and error the assembly went well. Top quality materials, fit great, no instructions.

Made a quick phone call to purchase some plastic portable stairs and loved it! The carriage bolts provided were only 1/2 threaded and it was not possible to make the handle tight. I went to the hardware store for some spacers that solved the problem.

I am the difficult client. They helped me figure out what I really needed at a great price. Now I keep coming back for all my warehouse needs. Conveyors, racking, shelf labeling, they have it all and their Customer Service is unbeatable. Once, I found a better deal with an unknown vendor and APlus matched it. We ordered a man cage and said it was urgent and needed to ship the same day they said we will see what we can do, and we received it the next day at 10 am. It turned out the wrong cage got ordered and A plus went above and beyond to get correct cage ordered and sent. I would definitely do business with them again.
