A Plus Warehouse

The packaging needs some padding. Some of the corners are damaged really bad or bent. It's dissatisfaction when this happens on such expensive strong goods.

The freight company lost the order and when I received it it was damaged. APlus has replaced it. Eric and Chris was very helpful along with everyone at APlus.

The ladder I ordered was constructed incorrectly. I ordered an 11' ladder and received a ladder that is 14'-3" mounting height. I now have to modify the ladder to make it work.

The website does not advise what the order cost needs to be to have the free shipping...I still don't know what an order total needs to arrive at to qualify for free shipping...

I ordered extra clamps to hold up the shelf that I ordered... but the shelf came with the clamps included --- it does not specify that on your website...

It wasn't so much a problem with APlus WHS than the carrier that the delivered the unit that I ordered damaged. I was out of the office and didn't have a chance to properly follow up on the issue.

The plastic cover on the light was cracked in shipping. I will reach out to customer service as we just opened it today and noticed.
