I have been purchasing batteries from apex going on for 7 years and they ALWAYS come when and how I have ordered at a good price. Neve have I had a problem with the batteries or the service. I will continue to purchase my batteries from Apex.

They ask for a review after you place your order, you will never receive any product, when you try to correct your five star review they ask for an invoice that you never got.

Batteries only have 30% of the power of OEM batteries and even less durable. I wish I had been more careful before purchasing.

Shipped wrong battery from the start. Will not send a return label or a new battery. It was their picking error why should I have to pay. Extremely upset at their lack of business skills.

Shysters

This company is belligerent and deceptive. Advertised a 62 amp hour battery, shipped 55 amp hour. They agreed to 11% refund due to this, never followed through with it. Battery voltage is now dropping significantly after charging and they refuse to give a shipping label to return; they want me to take it to a shop to test it first...

Their customer service stinks and their treatment of customers is terrible.

You've been warned!
April 12, 2015

Where to begin. If you don't see any shipping prices, don't assume it's free. The shipping is deliberately excluded from the web pages. Will it show up and calculate as you add items? Wrong again. In fact, if you're a first time shopper and don't jump through their hoops, it's entirely likely you'll check out without ever seeing the shipping charges, until you've already paid and get your confirmation in the email. The fast shipping promise? A total gamble by the GM, Andy Fox (*******@apexsuperstores.com). Unless you only buy the green Apex brand batteries, you're buying another company's battery. Apex will drop ship from them but they take up to three days to process and ship. Now add the actual transit time. Another gamble. Apex will tell you that it won't take any longer than three days but that's HOPING that UPS will get it there by then. If it doesn't, they hope you won't have the energy to dispute the false information they used to hustle your money out of your pockets. And when they say "This is the Portalac...", what they really mean is "This battery is essentially the same as your original battery, but we made our own cheap battery to replace it". And if you were hoping for some actual help, I hope you speak crappy English. The customer service that used to actually service people the programmer duped were let go and replaced by the Philippines folks on the other side of the planet. Good luck shopping at Apex. You've been warned! And if you DO have a problem, I'd skip to the top and email the owner, Brad Streelman *******@batterysystems.net.

A little cheaper than newegg sometimes to buy crucial memory which is the only type of memory I would ever recommend anyone to buy. Maybe kingston which they also sell here for a good price but probably not then centon brand. Speedy delivery and their crucial prices are very competitive.
