After exhausting all revenues on trying to order a PS5 online, I found ANTOnline and was able to pre-order a PS5. Easy to complete purchase and received my order about 5-6 days after release by UPS. I will remember them for any future pre-orders of tech. Thanks ANTOnline!
I am happy with the service that I received overall only because I was able to secure another one to play on day one. Receiving the console days after the launch defeats the purpose of a pre-order but I understood the way it worked. However seeing that others got the console. A day after who preordered that week was just unacceptable. If anyone should have gotten their preorder early I should have been the people from the first wave of preorders not the 3rd. Thank you overall but be consistent.
Whoever packed this couldn't be more lazy. The box was too big, only one crumpled up packing material, EVERYTHING slid around, and the PS5 box (inside the box) was crushed because of all the space. Good job Sony with your packaging design. It protected the PS5, no thanks to Antonline staff.
I wrote an e-mail on a Saturday, 12-14-19, to see if a laptop was new or used and when it would ship. At 2pm Monday, 12-16-19 I had NOT heard back from them about a $1,000 laptop I wanted to order for a Christmas present. I called their customer service number and after 20 min I talked to someone and asked them about item and was told that they could NOT answer any questions over the phone and I MUST e-mail them. I told the agent that I did e-mail them and no one had returned my e-mail and I just wanted to know if an item was in stock, new condition and when it would ship.
Why would anyone do business with a company that can NOT answer basic questions about their business and it's products?
I am a first time buyer from ANTonline. Buying was a smooth and fast process. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because my package got lost for a couple of hours but I was able to locate it.
I am in the legal field pertaining to criminal law and after dealing with this company and their procedures I can confirm that their policies contravene Federal and State laws. For example they state on their site they do not charge for shipping for anything sold on their site but when the order is completed there is a shipping charge. Next if you phone them and complain they note the phone number you are calling from and do not let any further calls from that number.
They cancel orders with the comment "We are still experiencing difficulties obtaining credit approval or verifying the transaction with the billing and phone number provided on your recent order. Because of this, the order was not processed and is now cancelled. You may want to consider contacting your bank to verify all account information before attempting future transactions with your credit card. Please do not try this card again until you have spoken with your bank as this could result in multiple authorizations and holds on the funds associated with your credit or debit card. Some Banks may even suspend your card if too many AVS failures are received. You are welcome to reorder with a different form of payment via our web site."

When you contact your credit card they state the charge went through and that the company is fraudulently charging the card and then accusing the credit company of being at fault.
Contact your states Attorney General and the Federal Consumer department and report this company as fraudulent and ask they be investigated.
Dont EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. THEIR EBAY STORE CLAIMED 3 DAY SHIPPING BUT AFTER PURCHASING THEY THEN CHANGED SHIPPING TO 7 TO 10 DAYS AND GOT AWAY WITH IT BECAUSE IT WAS "FREE". SINCE I STATED THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE SHIPPING TIMES BECAUSE I NEEDED ITEMS IN 3 DAYS I CANCELLED IN LESS THAN AN HOUR AFTER ORDERING. THEY REFUSED TO CANCEL CLAIMING IT HAD ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED WHICH WAS IMPOSSIBLE. I RECEIVED THE ITEM 2 WEEKS LATER CRUMPLED AND DAMAGED AND SO I REFUSED, PUT IT BACK IN POST AND A WEEK LATER THEY RETURNED TO ME AGAIN DAMAGED EVEN MORE. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS RUDE AND REFUSED TO HELP ME GET A REFUND, THEY ARE COMPLETELY REFUSING TO ACCEPT A RETURN AND EBAY/PAYPAL ARE BEING OF NO HELP AT ALL.
You guys are awesome! Especially adding extra security measures during this time where people are trying to take advantage of the situation and sell for profit. Thank you very much for all you do!

The equipment I ordered was shipped on time and came as expected. While I have not opened any of the boxes that were ordered(waiting for Christmas), I was very pleased with my shopping experience.
Ordered an XBOX and decided to return it and ship it back in a brand new unopened condition and UPS lost the package in transition. I have been going back and forth with Antonline for almost 10 months now and they are REFUSING to give me refund. I am very DISAPPOINTED

I oredered 2 of the Westinghouse Lighting ******* 2.25 inch Fire Pit Glass Fitter - Pack of 4. I only received 2 glass globes. I could never reach anyone by phone so I sent an email. I asked when I would get the other 6 globes. I was told their ad was wrong and that I had only paid for 2. I asked them to honor their ad and only got the respose that I could send them back for a refund. When I said that i didn't want a refund I wanted the rest of the globees that I paid for they stopped responding to me.

Best experience ever tried ordering from other websites it was impossible Antonline didn't crash or take my order out of the cart got my ps5 fast only 3 days after launch
Saw Antonline on Microsofts site when preorders went live and I failed to get a Series X at "regular" retailers and was able to secure a preorder. After the initial email confirmation Antonline sent no other updates and I began to think I had been scammed. Calling them assured me (mostly) that I wasn't but other companies would at least advertise to me after getting an email address. I also don't know why they couldn't promise delivery for launch day like ordinary retailers but I received it two days later in perfect condition. Overall the experience was ok, but Antonline needs some more focus on customer service communication to truly compete in 2020. They don't need to go full retailer or anything but some sort of order communication would have been appreciated. I will however at least check out the site come my next big Microsoft or computer purchase in the future.
