They require a lot of computer work for something that you could get for much less money doing yourself, you're already halfway there if you make your own website with them. Called me and pitched that they had all these jobs. They've all been BS "holiday lights" tiny jobs and nowhere near the scale I was looking for. I'm in the hole for $600 because I'm busy getting by with real jobs, their "leads" have been as useful and annoying as a tik tok notification, if I had tik tok. And when I called to see if they could offer any assistance/payment plans with an outstanding balance I wasn't even aware of, they cold shouldered and told me I needed to pay. Just a stark night and day difference between the marketing team that calls you and the "support" team that absolutely refuses to help their professionals going through tough times.

I booked a service to todo plumbing work for January 5th between 1:00-3:00, a night before the plumber contacted me at11:30 pm, he waked me up, to tell me instead of 1:00 appointment it's going to be at 10:00 am instead, i said ok, I took off from work and was waiting for him to show up, he never did, I messaged him then called him, he never replied, I called customer service and explained to them what happened, simply told me wait until 1:00-2:00 he should be there, I waited he never showed up it was frustrated and stressful, I called customer service again, sorry about that and we will never assign this plumber to do work for you again, i said what's next, she said you need to reschedule again, i said no way after this bad experience I won't do it, she said okay bye, very bad customer service ther reuind my day

Folks, I did everything they recommended as a contractor to obtain business from leads, they were all dead ends. They offer no refunds, and just say sorry it didn't work for you. I spent about $1000 I didn't make a red cent from any of their bogus leads. They're all made up! Thieves!

This is not the same as when it was "Angie's List". These people are rip off artists! They are scammers! Do NOT give them your money! They promised me they would send qualified customers. Once they got my credit card - that was it! Everything they promised was lies, lies, and more lies! When I cancelled the credit card, they finally started calling me after ignoring me. They never sent me one good lead! Ever! Now they are threatening me for payment for services I never received.

Quote and switch prices. Charged for a membership I specifically told them I did not want but they will not refund - will only offer a credit for next job through them. There will never be another job with them! Charged for a professional but sent a handyman - an admission made by the handyman himself. I was quoted a price for an electrician and a lesser cost for handyman - I chose electrician for the higher cost yet received handyman. Scamming untrustworthy company which should be looked into.

My husband paid in advance for leaf removal. We're seniors and need the help. Two trifling individuals showed up a half hour late for the scheduled appointment with no truck and no equipment. My husband had to loan them his rake etc. They left after a few minutes said they were "going to get a U-Haul truck" and never cane back. My husband still hasn't gotten his money back. BEWARE OF ANGI'S LIST! THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND UNSCRUPULOUS!

My water pipe broke and called angi for a plumber to fix it. The person i talked to did not understand english and sent the wrong person to my house. I told her my pipe broke and my entire kitchen is flooded and she put in the notes no repair on water pipes needed. So I did not recieve a plumber. Thanks to angi I have to wait entire week to get a fixed and go without any running water.

Just a giant scam, they take money hand over fist. And tell you this is the going rate. You can't disagree, and it's their way or the highway. Terrible service for small businesses trying to take off. The return is horrible for what you put out. While claiming it's the service area you opted into. Do the advertising yourself, you'll get a much better return.

We continue to be harassed by the Angi Lead sales people. They lie about leads, pushy, rude and won't leave us alone after we continuously tell them not to call again. For this reason, we will never use this service and will tell other contractors about our negative experience.

When talking to a sales person from angie adds. They give you a price per lead. I decided to move forward. However I did not see the price per lead on the contract. I asked to confirm the price and where would I see it in writing. The sales woman said after you sign up then we will show you in print the prices. Once i was set up, they immediately send you leads@ many times the said price per lead. When i brought this up to the sales rep. She said she didn't understand why the cost difference and we set up an appointment to call me back with information. She never called back and now wont return my call. Careful if you need to use these people. They went from 45 per lead to 225.
