As I am quite tall but like a dress to fit below my knee I struggle to find one anywhere as they are all too short, this dress was just perfect and it fits lovely too. The price... well what can I say and absolute bargain!
I received my daughters wedding dress rolled up in a ball. Omg Im so angry! It is clearly unfinished and sloppy work manship. It looks nothing like the style she choose. It was crinkled and creased, I couldnt believe a wedding dress came in that package. They were not on schedule. I kept sending emails to get info and that was like going to the dentist! And then when I questioned the timing, she asked when I needed for! WTH! This has been my worst experience ever. So please think twice about buying a dress from Anas gowns! I have pictures to show and I will be posting them! The style was *******.
Stay away; a Scam. Purchased a dress for my daughters wedding. The dress came rolled in a ball, which ticked me off. The dress was too small in the hips, and two big in the breast, and I sent measurement as they requested. I sent an email requesting to return, and was told No! I paid $200 for the dress, and very disappointed at the way that Anagown take care of their customers. Anagown never offered to give a credit.

I would not encourage anyone to purchase any gowns here. After sending my measurement my dress did not fit. I sent numerous emails requesting my refund and didn't even get back 5%. I had to purchase another gown elsewhere that actually fit. Worst decision ever to purchase from anagowns.
Please never. Never. Order any dress from Annas gown. I had a very bad experience with them. Ordered 2 dresses and it didn't fit me. They kept playing games via email, for me to measure the dress with a tape and refuse to send a return address. But wants me to keep dresses that dont fit me. Their size 10 is a size 6. Please stay away from them, dont waste your money to order any dress from them

Ordered a gown for my son's wedding in June after being so taken in by the beautiful gowns shown on website. When it finally arrived, I was utterly dumbfounded by the bad and awkward workmanship. The lining was like cardboard hard. Totally unwearable and unacceptable. I just throw it aside and didnt even bother to ask for refund which I paid almost like SGD450 for it as I was so fuming mad.
I ordered a dress from anagowns an online dress store. The dress I received in the mail is nothing like the dress I ordered; the color wasn't correct, the design was not the same, and it had less than acceptable tailoring quality. The company refused to refund the purchase and had shown extremely poor customer service. They do not stand behind the dresses they sell what so ever.
Please everyone, that are thinking about purchasing from this company. You will waste your money. I honestly would like to warn you. The pictures are fake. The merchandise you see in the pictures are scam. What I received from them was a joke. DONT BUT ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.
I had a custom made dress arrive rolled up in what looked like vacuum seal. I tried it on the only thing about the dress that fits are the sleeves. The bra padding goes from the top of my chest to the waist line. It sticks out on the sides as well. Sequens are hanging on by thread. The waist line is way to big and the ribbon around the waist is sewed on crooked. I took my disastrous dress to a local tailor and it will cost $100 to fix. Anagowns only wants to give me 7% return to fix my custom made gown. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. POOR QUALITY CLOTHES AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
