I started the process about 3 years ago with AMI, and I'm thankful that I found them as my representative. They are very professional and helped me with each and every single step to succeed. I always received prompt and detailed replies to all my emails. Even though the whole process took about 3 years since 2018, it only took about 7 to 8 months to get my visa application approved by CIC. That many years just to get the paper work done, taking IELTs and etc, so I would like to encourage AMI's potential clients to not to give up as they are in good hands. I moved to Canada at the end of last month due to the COVID-19 pandemic travel restrictions with my husband and my two little boys, and we are very happy today and excited to continue our lives in Canada. Pitso, on the 9th of November 2024 I paid for a trip to Dubai and Phuket that did not take place because your agent * told me that you did not had a booking for my return flight. * even failed to tell me until the day of the trip which was scheduled for 27th December 2024 to 3rd January 2025. I was so frustrated because * switched * phone off for the whole December. I could not get hold of *. By the time * replied my text it was in January 2025. My trip did not take place and I want my refund. The gave me the refund address which I filled and up to now did not reply my nor refund me. Recently when I try to write the email to that refund address it says the email address does not exist. Please pay back my money. I will also give you the proof of payment. Pay back my hard earned money please.
