Professionalism: Every e-mail is answered, every call gets a call-back, every document is examined thoroughly.
Patience: I must have called them every time a draw came out or a round of grants was announced. They were extremely patient and understanding every time.
Expertise: Many people consider whether they should hire an agent at all for the immigration process. In my case, I know for sure that I could not have gotten a PR on my own.
