I ordered a curling iron and received a cheap blow dryer. I called 3 times to resolve this issue and still haven't received a refund or any type or exchange. The customer service rep refused to transfer me to a Manager. This company by far is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
Placed order weeks ago, charged credit card on same day, then company does not answer phones or respond to email inquiries as to order status.
After waiting through in AmericaRx.com's phone queue multiple times and spending over one hour on hold, each time when I reach the top of the queue I got the message that "the voice mailbox for this users is full", then they hang up! All the while on hold I have to listen to a recorded message about their "professionalism" and "old fashion personal touch", how I "deserve the best", how much my call means to them, please refer us to your friends, I am the 6th, then 5th, the 4th etc. etc. Etc. Caller in the queue.
Order confirmation said "ready to ship." That was 11/21. Now on 12/16 I have yet to see product. They want you to contact them by email but all you get is "auto-reply." If item was out of stock or back ordered they should tell you that at point of sale or at least in a follow up email. They charged my card immediately and that's the last I've heard. Don't shop with AmericaRx.com!
I placed an order and PAID FOR 5 bottle of gel. I only received one bottle in my package. I have attempted to call them, but the number does not work. I have emailed them twice. The last time, I received the automatic response email saying they would get back to me with 72 hours. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN clearly, since I emailed them again today (3 weeks after the second email).
I am disappoint with the lack of professionalism.
