I am very disappointed and upset with this entire company. They kept asking me to pay more money before finishing my editing process. I had to contact my lawyer to file a lawsuit. I am also reporting them to the BBB. They took my money and now they won't return my emails or calls. Very frustrating and unprofessional. The favorite excuse is that "that project manager is no longer with our company" after weeks of no contact. My editing process was never completed after over a year of them working on it with several different editors.

I hired them to design my character for a book cover. They took an image off the internet which was a picture of a model from his website when I reverse image searched it, because I wasn't comfortable with it. They told me their team of illustrators would design an original.
They kept putting me off saying they will design one though that's what they were supposed to do from the beginning. It's now been 2 months and still being blown off.

I would not use this group again. I had a professional, excellent experience with my first self-published manuscript with another publisher.( In fact, my work was a best-selling book in 2018-2019.) The sales team here promises a big return for considerably less money than you would pay other publishers. The catch is they suddenly add on large costs for things that most publishers do from the beginning, like a Copyright. They even had a VP call me to talk to me about spending another $1500 on that. Um... no. The editing was done very well, but I couldn't get past the false advertising and promises. I won't ever use this group again.

I paid for the pro package. When they answered my emails or calls they were full of apologies and promises. They finally did the ebook and cover six months later and neither were to Amazon's specs so I had to hire people on fiver to fix those two things before I published my memoir myself.

Their ghostwriters are perfect for technical blogs and I routinely hire their services whenever I wanna publish quality content on my clients' websites. It's a great resource for everyone who's short on time.

They have no writers, no editors and no designers. It is all fake and pretends, including the good reviews and testimonials. I still waiting for my money back. I urge everyone who AWF has scammed to report BBBs, IRS and all other antifraud institutions that you know so we can stop these imposters.
