Good experience. I've ordered before and have had no problems. My last order is forgot to add the promo code for some free stuff. I just did a live chat and he was able to do it for me. Definitely alot more on the site that I'm looking at for my truck.
AT processed my order timely and it was picked up by FedEx but I still haven't received it. Tried to contact FedEx but no results. The package seems to be lost at their Grove City location. I was hoping to work on my truck this weekend but not sure when the parts will be delivered. AT might need to find another shipper.
Don't order anything that is or of stock. They told me my Credit Card would not be charged until the item was back in stock and being shipped, and rightfully so, yet they charged my card right away anyways. Very dishonest.
Hey, product no longer available crap happens on occasion. I ain't sweating it. It led me to look more deeply at what I am wanting to do, and what the market is offering for products. My refund to my credit card is already in progress.
Everything was absolutely smooth with ordering them, their communication with the shipping was on point but when they got here the box was all messed up, You have 30 lb of a material in essentially a shoebox. The calipers were shipped where the round part was on the bottom and just scooted around on concrete floors till it rubbed, the paint is all messed up, there are chips on the exterior parts and these are red. Package better because this really sucks

I located your order for the Rough Country Suspension Lift Kit and wanted to apologize for any confusion or miscommunication around the authorization versus charging of your payment method. This item that you purchased ships directly from the manufacture to you. Therefor we charge upfront at time of purchase to secure the order with the supplier. For in house items shipping directly from one of our warehouses we do not charge until the item ships since it is coming from our shelf.
