I recently ordered a RedRock Honey Comb Headache Rack from American Trucks. It was on sale and at a price better than any of the other Headache Racks with a 3 year warranty. Free shipping from FedEx and got to my home in 2 days. Set a little higher than anticipated, but did a modification and fixed the issue. Looks great and l can now protect my rear window and have a way to strap my welding bottles and propane tanks securely in my truck.

I have been getting the itch to upgrade for a new Ford F-150 because it does not have leather seats and other stuff that the new ones have. I came across the Kustom Fit seat covers and purchased them. They fit great, they are good quality, and the cost is very reasonable. I might wait another 2 to 3 years before I buy a new vehicle because with this seat cover, it almost feels like a new truck.

The way American trucks has their site set up is amazing. Input all of your information about your vehicle, including the color and when you do a search, it will show approximately what it looks like on your vehicle, including the color of your vehicle. It's great having a reliable source that specializes in truck parts Instead of a place like Amazon. It's a great one stop shop for anything you need for your Truck!

They sent the wrong cold air intake. I had to wait 4 to 5 days to receive it only for it to be the wrong on. I was told send it back and 24 hours after I've shipped it back they'd send the correct one out. So a total of 10 days I'd be with out something I paid for. They didn't have to wait 10 days for their payment. Not going to say I'll never order from them again but I'm going to check different websites first they'll definitely be the last choice.

I received all the parts I ordered, but upon opening the package, I discovered that the hardware for the product was missing. After speaking with an American Trucks representative, I was instructed to take pictures of everything I received and submit them for a missing parts request. American Trucks will review the photos and send out the necessary pieces. Hopefully, they'll provide everything I need to complete my project.

Ordering is a breeze, items that I have purchased have been top notch! If I've ever had a situation arise, American Trucks was always there to help and make the order or situation taken care of, rite away. They are Great to work with and order any upgrades from them, they have Always Made everything Great for any transaction I have made from them. Great company and employees to deal with! I purchased an item from American Trucks and found the same item for approx. 40% less on another website. I attempted to cancel the order but it had already shipped. So I initiated an RMA and returned the item unopened immediately to AT. American Trucks decided to charge me an 13% restocking fee for the immediate return of an unopened item. I can completely understand the shipping costs not being refunded.

Shipping was immediate (although our Postal Service held it up), and the products were exactly as described. We will definitely choose American Trucks again! Thank you!

I have tried I don't know how many different times to call and people want to help me that's great customer service but if you lose a part part break you can't find it. How do you ever get a part for the items that you order if you can't reach the people that supply the Part I think it's ridiculous. That's my only complaint America trucks you guys did great. I think your suppliers are horrible because all they do is deal with you and you can't get parts so I would take a look at that.

Products have a lot of information to make up your mind on witch one is better. The quality is good highly recommend.

I order brake and tail lights for my truck as suggested by the technician. I paid for faster delivery and guess what? My product was never delivered. They dropped the ball and all of the managers did care about the incident including Nuno the supervisor. They really should not invest in some manager training and escalation procedures to avoid the customer from continued to be inconvenienced while they figure out who dropped the ball. I can't put a picture of the product because it was not delivered. When a company gets too big, they forget about the customers that helped them get to their financial success. Buyer be warned

I had a pleasant conversation with Laura. She informed me that my order was canceled and the information presented to her had no explanation. She told me it may have been because of security concerns, like an incorrect address or email. I requested to speak to a person whom I could reorder my part. I was sent back to the computer prompts but could not get anyone. I hung up and placed my order again.

Purchase cai. Never showed up. Fedex said delivered and showed Pic of empty driveway. Was told Monday I'd have refund 2-3 days in email. 2 days later told incorrect and be a week or more. Than same day told processing immediately. 30 minutes after I get email telling me to search property or ask neighbors. Now this is after told refund is processed twice now. Almost a week later and still nothing. Some companies understand the big picture. Some only understand greed. Never a good business practice. Too many other option for this bs.

American trucks was fast and easy to order from, I'm mostly pleased with everything I purchased. I only wish the products on their site had more pictures and descriptions of what they look like. The tail lights I purchased were just a little different than what I expected. I'm still pleased for the price.

For as many emails as I'm sent from your website, there should be some sales and coupons in them! It's the same email multiple times a day, every single day. It's annoying af.
