Ordered a cat back exhaust system for my car from American muscle. Have sorted all the parts for my car already which makes it easy to research and compare. Ordered with ease and was surprised that they have a local install option that not only I used but it was cheaper than quotes from other shops and I was able to get it installed on my date and not the other way around like normal shops try to pull these days. Also I get shipping updates which is helpful too.

Purchased a Strut Tower Brace, Paid for 2-3 day shipping, received it in 10 days. Blamed it on COVID 19. Received it damaged. Right side was bent upward at a 45 degree angle. Initially did not want to provide refund/replacement. After going "Karen" on their customer service representative. Agreed to replace. Sent back, awaiting a replacement. Last time dealing with this company. Do yourself a favor, save yourself the aggravation, shop elsewhere.

They shipped my package out fast and i got it earlier than expected! The box was in rough condition but everything inside was well packed so nothing got damaged. Overall great experience!

So I ordered a remanufactured instrument cluster for my 08 Mustang. The site said it was in stock and would ship in 3 days. I knew they needed my vin and mileage. But no one tried to contact me about this. I waited a day and got back in contact with them and gave them the needed info. So far so good right.
Ya, it's been like 10+ days and not even a tracking number, I ended up canceling the order.

Most of the time I have good luck with AM. Just not this time

As the title states, I had a good experience with this company. I ordered a spare tire kit for my car, and it arrived within a couple of days after ordering online. I think it was priced fairly. I've seen some of these kits slightly cheaper elsewhere, but I wouldn't trust the quality of their products. What I received will definitely have me considering to order from them in the future. I was trying to use a $20 off coupon code. It wasn't working so I used chat. Garrett said he'd fix it and asked for the cart number. I gave it to him. He told me to place the order so he could make sure the discount was given. Well, he adjusted the price so it'd look like a discount. And, he even changed my order. So, be careful or else you'll get screwed out of money, too.

Purchased the black painted Speedform Hood Pin Appearance Kit for my Challenger. It arrived with multiple chips to the paint with bare metal showing on both. I sanded and repainted them, but when I put the cotter pins on it chips the paint. I resolved by ordering the chrome plated version from American Muscle. I have had really good experience with American Muscle. Fast shipping and great communication.

The part was easy to install and fit perfectly. There were no alignment or fitment issues. I would suggest having install videos, specific for your products, on your website with easy access. I obtained all my information regarding removal and install, for your products, on youtube. I just ordered a chin spoiler and again all installation info was only available on youtube with 3rd party downloads. I could find on your site how to install the parts for a Mustang or a Challenger. However, I own a 2022 Charger.

This is the second time I have ordered a product from this company the website is very easy to maneuver and everything is as described. I love that they give opportunities for customers to win prizes and give extra incentive to want to shop at an already great place. I also love that they offer customers a chance to participate in their install video series and reward them with store credit. I'm looking forward to doing my first one with this install thank you very much American Muscle.

I saw some parts on sale that really caught my attention, but I was not 100% sure they were compatible with my car. I used the chat feature on the website, that quickly led to one of their sales reps calling me directly to ensure what I was getting was not only correct, but the best price possible even showing me (and applying for me) coupons to help me save even more money, then processing my order for me over the phone.

The customer service rep Nathan made this whole experience extremely fast and easy with little effort from me. I been shopping on AM for at least a decade and for the job I needed to get done I expected to be online for at least a hour and half but Nathan made it only 20-25 mins. So thanks to him! However the packaging for the Exedy Mach 400 clutch kit is terrible. I received it with the alignment tool and pilot bearing out of the box because the box was ripped open thanks to the loose clutch inside moving around during shipping.

Been purchasing several parts for my son's 07 mustang who's on a military deployment. Like the selection of add ons and performance parts offered, plus quick shipping! Very satisfied!

I placed one order on two small items, yet got it shipped separately. So my forwarder from the US charged double. Would've been more convenient if both shipped in one box.

I have ordered atleast 5,000$ worth of parts this past year. I have had problems with quite a few of them. This last one aggravated me though and I am not happy with American muscle. I ordered the MP concepts rear led diffuser lights about 9 months ago. 3 of the l.e.d. Lights just burnt out! I called American muscle and they said there is nothing they can do because they aren't warrantied. Lol so you sell a product that breaks after 9 months and don't even offer to discount new ones?! Smh

I love this cover! It fits like a glove! Super stretchy but clings to your car and doesn't sag anywhere. Really easy to put on yourself, no help needed. You won't be disappointed at all.

Items were priced well and delivered as scheduled. Gas cover was a little wiggly when installed. Fixed issue with by using some weather stripping. Controller works great

Purchased a clutch kit for a Ford Mustang, what arrived was previously returned items, nothing for my car, just the cardboard box was correct. Also a flywheel for a Nissan 350Z, problem was I live in Australia due to additional flywheel cost of freight nearly doubled.
Manager never return my calls, they want broken items returned for refund, problem is freight $450 USD as much as the item so no come back. Absolute disgrace, there mistake by some stupid packer has cost me $450 USD for garbage parts and $450 freight, will never buy from this company again. CJPony one of a few who will get my custom..

I called in and spoke to Brittany. She helped me get the correct wheels ordered for my mustang. I've been searching for the wheels I wanted for 3 years. She was knowledgeable and courteous. She made it a fun experience.

I recently purchased the MMD style bar for my 2006 Mustang convertible. I had been wanting to add this to my Mustang project to enhance the looks of it. I had no real need for the brake light portion, so I patiently waited to find one that wasn't Uber expensive. I finally succeeded and will be installing the light bar this weekend. Thanks to all.
