For the last 4 years I've had issues with drivers from this company performing the contracted jobs and have missed enough doctor appointments that i have been yelled at for non-compliance. 99% of the missed appointments have been with my cardiologist, and this is interfering with and endangering my health. These same drivers who do not do their contracted job have committed fraud to get paid for a job they did not do. ALC is only interested in the fraud, not the customers who have been endangered by it.
