Site measurements off - jacket chest measurement was off 1/2 inch across, making the circumference off by a full 2 inches. Could not zip it up.

Colors in product are bright and primary whereas site shows more muted colors.

Product smells toxic.

I bought it from an American leather jacket, This jacket is incredibly well-crafted. I genuinely appreciate the presence of the inner pockets. It's comfortable, stylish, and almost makes me wish winter would stick around longer just so I can keep wearing it.

I bought a leather jacket for motorcycle riding from this company. The item that was delivered was 3-4 sizes too small for the listed garment size. Furthermore, the quality of the leather was substandard for protective use, so I requested an address to return the product to. After 6 emails back and forth with customer service we are still involved with this nightmare. Instead of granting my request to return for less than what I paid, they continue to not cooperate in processing the return. They decided to try to negotiate a discount for the shoddy product. I will continue to find outlets to give them a poor review as their business practice is just about the worst that you can get. If you want quality riding gear, look at Vanson Leather.

I have been buying leather jackets online from years. I am quite aware of how these purchases work. My experience with American leather jackets was awesome! The delivery was perfectly on time, the material of the jackets was exactly what I had in mind and they were very generous & fast in answering all my queries that I liked the most

I ordered a product that was on the site and when I got the product it was a pretty horrible replica of the original jacket that's shown on the site.a hassle trying to get a refund. So I advise you from my experience don't waste your time or money

Do yourself a favor and do not order anything from this site. American leather jackets does not even exist. It's nothing but a scam. The site will take your money and that's the end. The phone number is fake. I ordered a jacket and never heard from them again. Save yourself a headache and stay away from American leather jackets.

I ordered a jacket that I never received and the site never said it shipped until I opened a claim with PayPal then all of a sudden the package had been shipped and delivered but I never received it. PayPal sided with the company because they supplied a tracking number after the fact. I'm out $200 with no product and they don't respond to questions.

I ordered a 4xl jacket from them. What I received was what they claim was a "5xl" and was more like a ladies medium. It didn't fit on my daughter. I paid for expedited shipping from what I thought was a US company. I received a package from Pakistan. The body was too narrow. The sleeves 4 inches too short. When contacted, again I had to pay to ship this disaster back. When they tried to deliver, they kept avoiding FedEx so they didn't have to return my money. I had to open a grievance with PayPal in any hopes of getting my money. Stay far far away from these people. If I could give half a star I would.

My 1st jacket was to small, my fault. Ordered another and the company offered a discount. The jacket came, fit perfect and I received my discount back on my card within 2 days of delivery of my jacket.

The company was easy to deal with and was fair to me.

I do not like to talk bad about companies. However, this company is a complete joke. Not an American company. The quality is awful and not worth a dime, the fit it smaller than the size ordered. Once I recieved my package I immediately wanted to return it. They do not offer a return label or full return which is fine, but then they gave me a fake return address. I saw my package is being returned back to me becuase the address was vacant. Please do not waste your money and time on this company/website. I hope this helps someone save money and go somehwere else. I wish I didn't even have to leave one star, deserves zero.

Ordered a jacket in size 52, what they sent was way small, Sent it back and now no refund. Don't deal with them. PayPal is allowing them to steal from me... they lied on a case dispute and PayPal denied the case... thereby helping them steal from clients...
From the name you would think it's an American company; far from it! It's a Pakistani company working out of Dubai... multi-country business so they can get away with anything they want.
Well American Express will be the next entity to go after this fraudulent company. Paypal may be complacent with this merchant; but, American Express knows how to deal with fraud!
All I wanted was a refund... I jumped through their hoops and returned the item to the address given and now I have to go further than any reputable company would want a client to go through.
Photo number one shows the item ordered on top of a true size 52 jacket. Photo 2 is the receipt for shipping. Photo 3 is delivery address to an address that was provided to me.
This so sad it's criminal!

Purchased a coat from this site that was hugely inferior in quality and completely different from the coat advertised.
Vendor initially refused to respond to my communications, then tried to refuse return, then offered a $20 refund on a $219 coat.
Finally agreed to a return, then refused to acknowledged the coat HAD been returned despite proof if delivery from the royal mail.
I finally received a partial refund after 5 months of chasing for my money back.

An utter disgrace I would recommend you avoid at all costs

Sizing is a JOKE! I'm a 52 in ANY US sizing and this wasn't even close -And the quality is worse

This is quite honestly the best jacket in the world. The quality is fantastic and it is the most accurate representation that I've seen. I haven't taken it off since I got. I came way sooner than I expected, the turn around was very rapid. I got the real leather without the sash. It feels great and fits great. I took my measurements beforehand. The hood can be removed very easily if you so desire, and it still looks like a great quality jacket. I highly recommend this jacket, and to anyone who is hesitant, it is definitely worth the money as I plan on keeping this jacket for a while and just using it everyday.

I ordered a XXL leather shearling. I paid extra for real leather and what I got today was an absolute joke. The coat is definitely not leather and I'm a woman and I wear a US size 8 in womens and the jacket fits me. The inside is not real shearling fur. It feels like a cheap carpet. I could kick myself. And of course no response to email or inquiries. I will be sending a formal complaint to Customs because the information that was provided on the customs form is fraudulent. It said that they sent it as a gift and that it only had a 10.00 value. I paid 199.00 but $10.00 is what I should have paid.
