Few months ago I contacted AMEX to dispute PORTION of the charge. (goods were never delivered, for which I had a proof; tracking number). I gave them all the proof (uploaded 5 times; their STUPID system would never acknowledge the receipt of the proof)). Handling of this issue was nothing short of disaster. I ended calling & correction them at least 4 times, I wrote a letter but parody of handling continued. In the process, somehow they managed to STEAL few $ from me. I gave up and CANCELLED CARD AFTER USING IT FOR 20 YEARS!
