American Eagle

I recently purchased a pair of American Eagle jeans and I love them! They are so comfortable and true to size. Their prices are a bit high, but I wouldn't say outrageous. I have been wearing them nonstop and plan to purchase more.

I ordered some garments online using my card. I received an instant email confirmation. After a week had passed and I was still waiting for a shipment notification. By now I was frustrated and impatient so i chatted their customer service. They told me the order was canceled. I asked why since I was not the one who canceled it. All i got was an apology and no explanation as to why it was canceled. She didnt even attempt to resolve my frustration nor compensate me in any way. I will never order from them again.

Recently, my sister gave me a pair of jeans that didn't fit so I went in to exchange for something else. Now, I do not dress like their usual customers. (I was wearing The Flash converse, a supernatural shirt, & shorts), I went in and not one person came up to ask if I needed help. After a few minutes of me waiting, a group of girls came in wearing AE stuff and immediately TWO clerks went up smiling and asking if they needed help. I finally just went up and asked for the exchange. The girl was extremely rude, and openly made fun of me to one of her co-workers. After taking 20 minutes to do the ONE exchange I finally left. I have received this treatment multiple times of going in and being ignored in favor of people who dress to their ideal and I am finally done. I will never buy things from here again

American eagle is a trusted brand for good quality clothing. I recently made an online purchase there. The shipping was kind of slow and the product didn't fit well so I needed to return it. I contact them about returning it and doing so through the mail was going to be a hassle so I ended up returning it in person instead. I'd recommend this site if you know exactly what you want and sizing, otherwise it's more convenient to do in store purchases here.

Not a great experience to drive for an hour just to get bad customer service. The sales associates and the manager didn't even greet me, ask me if I needed help, or tell me about the current sale. They had that look on their faces like they didn't want to be there. They didn't even have a clearance rack. This was the first and last time I walk into this store.

If anyone shops at the American Eagle Outfitters in the St Clair Mall--- Here is my recent experience. Two weeks ago I received my Aerie package in the mail with my sweat pants and panties that I had ordered online. I needed to exchange my panties for a larger size, no big deal. So the customer service recommended that I go to the American Eagle store for a faster transaction. I bring my invoice with my panties to the American Eagle and asked to exchange. The gentleman helping me took 30 minutes and was struggling bad. His manager would not help him nor me. (Horrible customer service) Finally, after 30 min, the man let me know that the transaction is done. Two weeks later today, I decide to call customer service, because I had this gut feeling the order never went through but yet I had paid. After being on the phone for 45 minutes today, they finally let me know that the man who did the transaction, never completed it. I was never going to receive my panties in the mail. And he continuously apologized that this had happened to me. The management and staff at the American Eagle in the St. Clair Mall needs to be more aware of their customers and develop better customer service skills, because they clearly do not what that is. I will never shop there ever again and I will make sure my voice is heard about this experience. I ended up getting my whole refund back today because now they don't have my size in the colors I want! End of rant, just wanted to share this horrible experience.

I ordered their products few times. I must say that services are good and I found products quite reliable. I am overall satisfied customer.

I opened up the washer lid after the spin cycle and it was shredded. They would not take it back. I can't recommend this company they are very bad. They are the worst.

I ordered online, they made the mistake of shipping the wrong order, it took a lot of emails and time to make them understand how they messed up, and when they couldn't resolve my problem they didn't take the right measures to make up for it. I wasn't fully satisfied. So I recomment to buy in store, but don't online shop from them. Because if they make a mistake in shipping, they wont fully help you.

Ordered from American eagle multiple times and have been overall very satisfied, service is great and employees are friendly, the only disappointing thing is that pants and jeans seem to be very pricy along with new t-shirts which really just leaves clearance for me...
In addition I find it difficult to get coupons

I recently went to americaneagle and the employees were so nice! They helped us find everything we needed. Though I bought like several things and it was $174 which is a bit pricey for just several items.

I loved the jeans, they were awesome tbh, they are my best, i was scared they wont fit seeing as i ordered two and their products are expensive and they charge custom fees for canadian orders, i was going to just be so sad if they didn't fit, but they did and it was worth the money, delivery speed is great too.

Products quality are good and delivered on time. Will definitely continue to shop online on here.

This place is to expensive for their clothes. A tshirt there will be $40 but at another place it'll be $10
