Every email was answered quickly, and every call was taken or returned. I never felt "lost" in the shuffle of doing business. I am very happy with the results, and would recommend AAG to my fellow retirees and friends.

Because of their efficiency, my experience proved to be stress free and successful. After closing, I was left with assurance that my financial concerns during the twilight of my life will be met.

I'm in my late 70's, and the value of my home has increased 58% over three years. A AAG Reverse Mortgage allows me, at this time when interest rates are low, to take advantage of that situation to have the non-taxable funds available to continue a good standard of living. My biggest question of consideration in talking to an agent about my Reverse Mortgage was is AAG going to own my home or am I still the owner of my home. The answer was a resounding you will remain to be owner of your own home as long as you observe the rules that you agree too. This is very easy to do. Pay your taxes, pay your HOA dues if you have any and keep your property in good condition. I was even told I could stay in my home for life. In my estimation Robin is the best agent I've ever used.

It took several months to complete the reverse mortgage process, but you were very patient in explaining the entire thing. Every question I had was answered with great knowledge. The experience was a lot more pleasant than I thought it might be. Thank you so much!

In the beginning it was touch and go because the agent was incompetent but with AAG'S help with a NEW agent who knew her stuff and was very aggressive in getting me the best service ever it was a breeze! I am completely satisfied and couldn't be HAPPIER! I am now in the middle of upgrading my condo after 20 yrs of which I could not do before because I didn't have the funds.
