Total scam!
July 1, 2010

Total scam! I paid $119 for an adult pop-under marketing campaign which appeared to be yet another running application producing fake referrals. I complained about this to them after the second day but their support email doesn't work and all my emails bounced back. I have tried their sales email but never got any reply. Also never got access to any admin to check on referrals. This company is a rip off, once they have your money you will never hear from them again despite their satisfaction guaranteed or refund policy. Yep, another complain to my credit card company for refund for these Miami based scammers!

Picked up an SIC code specific list for $99 in the Henderson, NV area. Good price and nice intuitive web based interactive tools made it easy to get what I needed. Will test the data and get back with my findings. So far so good.

I bought from them list of Gift shops and 90% of listed businesses on this list are out of business. I checked sample of 1700 records from ******* they send me for accuracy. Web sites etc I found businesses I was doing business with years ago and already 8 years out of business. They increased the number of e-mail adding generic names like: support, admin etc. repeating so often that I came to conclusion that for every businesses there is 2-3 additional made up emails. Their explanation reg Inaccuracy of the list was that this is the fresh info because us gov they bought it from stopped selling this info in 2008-2013
On the 1700 records I checked I found lists of all MDs from 3 hospitals number or Real estate agents, Bank executives, Barber shops etc.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM
September 1, 2015

I bought 100k opt-in email list. They claimed it is cleaned and fresh. Opt-ins are 2-3 years old and bounce rate is around 65%. When asked to replace the list with clean and fresh leads or refund me, I was told there is no refund. I filed a complaint with iC3 and contacted my bank regarding this scam. NEVER use their services.

Do NOT use their service! Check out their BBB reviews first. They have an "F" rating, do not even answer to them for complaints! We attempted to get a refund since the service was mis-represented and they don't give you the targeted traffic from the country you select, instead they give you random visits from random countries. When asked for a refund over the phone, they tell you to send an email, which they don't even reply to. We will be requesting a back-charge from our credit card issuer. Save yourself the trouble and don't use them... at all!

The return rate so far is averaging 65% even though they promote and sell their email lists as current, relevant, updated. UPDATE: The return rate ended up at 85%. Further, 18-24 year old Americans are not using hotmail, aol, aim, peoplepc, ymail or any of the other outdated email providers they provided in this targeted list.

Watch Out
July 27, 2020

I just ordered a list, they told me to fill out a form which i did, then they askes me to send them a copy of my id and the credit card, since i don't have a website and they are afraid of fraud, watch out with them they seem to be gathering a database with your info you provide them and don't seem to be a legit company

I purchased an Email List Software (EList Pro) from them (Americaint.com) several years ago. The software worked great. But years later when I got a new computer and reinstalled their EList Pro software they refused to issue me a new serial number activation code. Tim, stating they don't offer support or have a serial number activation code. I ask them; but you still actively SELL EList Pro on your website and have been do so currently and for years. All he said... is that I will get back with you. But he never did. WARNING: Don't buy from these professional scam artists.

I am quite surprised by the negative reviews I have come across on this site.

When I first set out to find an email marketing company to handle my campaign, It didn't come across my mind to do any due diligence on company reputation. I have gone through the few reviews on americaint.com here on this site and I must say I my experience with this company has been exactly the opposite.

One of the sales reps Gabriel was very knowledgeable and patient and helped us through ad design and subject line selection for nearly 2 weeks without even knowing if we were going to go through with an order. That was the first indicator that this was a company that I wanted to do business with.

After we pulled our materials together we placed our order for a 10 million email campaign to a targeted audience in specific US states. The campaign was sent out as promised and the results showed promise.

We offer a high dollar investment opportunity and produced 7 strong potential leads. Since the campaign we have made some tweaks and went back online to search down "americaint.com". When I typed the phrase into Google, I noticed "americaint.com reviews" as a keyword option and selected it. This is when I ran into this site.

I am not sure what transpired between americaint.com and these other customers, but I can only speak of my own experiences linked to americaint.com all of which have been good thus far.

They are good people and we will be contacting them shortly for our next campaign.
