I have spent lots of money with them over past 1.5 years renovating a property in modern industrial design. I had one items arrive with slight damage and they offered 2 solutions immediately. Everything else perfect. Product descriptions are accurate and if you have more questions they answer promptly.
The return rate so far is averaging 65% even though they promote and sell their email lists as current, relevant, updated. UPDATE: The return rate ended up at 85%. Further, 18-24 year old Americans are not using hotmail, aol, aim, peoplepc, ymail or any of the other outdated email providers they provided in this targeted list.
