They had me send money through Zelle and was unable to get my refund of $2,500 called to discuss and they wanted me to work with them again for another charge and refusing to provide refund. They explained that I should not use Zelle for payment, that it was difficult to get money refunded and it was a scam, that many other companies claim to be Amazon publishing and are scams; however, initially asked if it was the right company I was calling the response was, yes you called the right place and went into no refund due to paying through Zelle. I do not recommend this company what so ever.
