This company is a complete mess honesty I do not recommend it is hard to think they even have good reviews. Maybe I was assigned the wrong brand manager because working with Eleanor was extremely unpleasant to work with. My vision never came through for my book cover after trying to explain what I want numerous times as well as sending them a mock up that they said would be recreated. So, after all of that them still not getting it then told I need to pay an additional $200 for them to create a cover when in the contract it says unlimited revisions. Hopefully they let me cancel this nonsense.
