Well after using private RDP for more than 4 months, I can must say they are giving one hell of a service and I'm not turning my head towards some bigger plans. As my storage requirement increased and need of a higher specs vps, I opted their Europe dedicated plan and hope they deliver what they have delivered me for the past four months. I am totally satisfied with their service and support. Best of the best without any doubt.

After 5 years of being with this company, I bought a monthly RDP of $89, the server never starts and when I contact support there's nothing they do. They have the worst support system. 2 weeks of writing tickets that no one acts on. I have lost a lot of my clients due to in-access of the server I purchased, to make matters worse they cant even switch me to another server or refund me. I advise any other user to just find better alternatives than them

Great customer service and professional staff members. Even when there was a problem with the dedicated server the technical support member continued helping me and fixed the issue the completely. Also the setup time is very less. Very patient workers and quick, easy and painless process. Genuine service providers I must say.

I have never seen such an Amazing service at this much affordable price, I came to this site through a forum, and later on, I recommended my friends to also purchase from this site, my friends as well as me are now extremely satisfied with their amazing products and appreciable services.

They did deliver after weak.
They don't answer my tickets.
They did take money, and refund it and the server is not working
And still after 3 weeks server is not usable because they did install it wrong.
