I have booked with alpha rooms for years great prices easy to book with low deposit which is ideal if u have large family and need a few rooms as easy payment plan
Alpharooms is really the only company i have used over the past 10 years and always recommend to my friends and family. Many people i recomended to have also been impressed with how easy it is to sort holiday as you can also book all your extras too like transfers and car hire
Booked my holiday on the 7/1/2019 with Mike. From the very beginning Mike was extremely helpful, polite and he went that extra mile to make sure my holiday was everything I needed. Mike is an asset to your company and I would definitely book again.
Used alpha rooms many time always found them to be better than the rest over the last 8 or so years. I would definitely recommend them.

I have used Alpharooms for around 8 out of my last 10 holidays, the other 2 being cruises booked direct with the cruise companies, I already have a week in February to Fuerteventura booked with them and a fortnight in Rhodes booked with, them, I have never had any issues, low deposits and pay 2 weeks before holiday, I always used to check other websites to see if they were as competitively priced, but I don't bother anymore as I'm overwhelmed by the simplicity of using the Alpharooms website. 10 out of 10
DO NOT BOOK WITH ALPHAROOMS! I have just had a terrible experience which I hope nobody else will have to go through. I just simply tried to pay the balance on a hotel booking but their online system was rejecting all my cards. For the past 3 days I have called their customer service several times a day and I was put me on hold for 30-40 minutes on each call. I opened tickets which were never assigned. I have been passed back and forth from the Customer Service to Accounts and even an Investigation Department! They promised me to call back once they analyse the issue and of course they never did. It was an absolute nightmare. In the end they told me that they could not process my payment before they investigate further. I had to ask them to cancel my booking and I am now hoping for a full refund. The customer service didn't want to send me in writing that they will make a full refund. What a joke. I will never ever use them again.
I booked a hotel in US through alpharooms and on arrival at the hotel I was told that alpharooms have not paid the hotel for my stay. I contacted alpharooms and they assured me that they will make payment to the hotel before my departure.
When I received my credit card statement, I noticed that I have been charged by the hotel for my stay. This was back in October.
Since then I have been trying to get alpharooms to return my money, the only communications for refunds is an email address which said they will respond to my email within 28 day. That time has now relapsed and I have had no communication or refund from them.
Now I need to contact my credit card company and recover my money through them.
You have been warned.
Customer service is appalling. Any issue takes at least 20 mins to amend. Attendants on the phone are inexperienced and somewhat rude. Will not be booking with this service again.

Email correspondence following the booking is very quick giving you instant peace of mind that your booking is complete and secure, and explains the payment plan very concisely also. My preferred booking site currently
