Recently booked through Alpha rooms. Enabled me to reserve rooms for £1 with option to spread payments over 4 months. Great site have used many times.

I have used Alpharooms lots of times and never had a problem there website is easy to get around. Only downside if you pay in instalments you will be charged 5 pound each time.

Alpharooms are very easy to book with very helpful and very good prices ive booked twice this year once for june and the other for end of july both for Benidorm will be using them more often

Found alpha rooms best deal for this booking as trivago did not feature on their collective offers. Used alpha previouely and found the site very competitive

The internet wouldnt let me book online but Alparooms called me and sorted it all out over the phone.

Alpha rooms are great, I have used them over 20 times! Really good, best prices and great value for money. I had a bit of an issue in my trip to rabat in April but it wasnt alpha rooms fault it was the hotel, they confirmed a room with alpha rooms they didnt have. However, they are good! Honestly I always use them without any doubt, however something for being a loyal customer would be nice

Easy to use great price first holiday in the years. Back then having to go to travel agent now we can just book everything on my phone

I feel that there is no need to repeatedly charge a set admin fee of £4.95 irrespective of the size of payment your are making and a once off charge should suffice. With this repeated charge the cost of the holiday is significantly increased above the advertised rate. The difficulty of the modification process is so off putting that you feel trapped with the original selection even if it is no longer the most suitable.

I booked an hotel over the phone with Alpharooms because I have a enquiry and the guy that help me Edmond I think his name was was very helpful quick and efficient

Wasn't happy with the modification process online and needed on line chat to help sort it and even then the agent needed to call me to sort it.
Still waiting for a refund of my original booking I understand that it will take a few days but why should it. The booking is cancelled so why not instant refund

Having booked for the first time with Alpha rooms I found the web site easy to access and even easier to find the perfect hotel in the perfect location. Very straight forward to book and pay securely by card, I got a confirmation e mail within 5 minutes of booking with easy links to print off the accommodation vouchers. I would certainly use this company in the future. A very good first time experience all round.
