Found the hotel we wanted on your website and it was the cheapest we could find so booked it with a deposit of £20 and I believe the balance is split into 3 further payments which suits us fine. Now looking forward to actually going!
After checking with various sites, alpharooms was the cheapest by far, and booking was so simple to use and we've had plenty of correspondence regarding our booking, I will definitely be using this company again in the future
The website is very well presented and it was easy to book. The team aRegards helpful and responded to any queries. The prices were competitive and sometimes better than booking.com. A good experience using this site and would recommend it to others.

The booking was easy and trouble free as usual. Used Alpharooms for a few years now and always willing to help and never a problem when we get to the hotels we have booked.
Booking through AlphaRooms was good, but the hotel was only average and unfortunately contracted a stomach bug. Did not see an AlphaRoom representive all holiday.
I do not recommend this place, they sold me one thing and handed me another one. Room without air conditioning, coffee not included. Very poor service, paid and did not use and could not cancel.
I would love to win the £50 voucher but I can not review your company until I have actually stated in my room 8n October 2018.

We have no lift in hotel. No bathroom door. No mirrored dressing table. One plug socket in between pillows on bed. No wardrobe doors either. I would not sell this room to anyone if I were an Agent/Booker.
Booked a room with these sharks on 5th September. I received e-mail confirmation same day. Nowhere in the e-mail or anywhere else did I see cancellation charges, in fact I am pretty sure that the enquiry said NO CANCELLATION charges, so I went ahead with it. My plans changed and I messaged them stating I wanted to cancel my booking, they are charging me £30 pounds more than the original booking costs. After speaking to a "manager" at their call centre in India, he agreed to waive some fees but I would still need to pay the full amount of my original booking. Every other hotel that I have stayed in, and believe me there have been many, states the cancellation charges on the confirmation e-mail, yet there was no mention of any cancellation charges on my e-mail. I must say Alpharooms seem a bit of a shambles and I wish now I had never booked with them at all. One thing is for sure I will never ever use them again, and maybe it is partly my fault for not entirely reading the minute print, but I am sure I was booking with no charges for cancellation. Please be warned about this shower of sharks and be careful if, and I would recommend that you don't, use them.
Booking with alpgaroom was so easy to do, and only having to pay a small deposit relly helps. Alpharooms even contacted me the following day to see if I wanted transfers added to booking. Would highly recommend Alpharooms.
Easiest website I have ever used to book a hotel. £1 deposit is the best thing I have ever done. Excellent that I am able to pay the hotel off in sections. Will defiantly use again.
