Don't order, loosing money only. Completely different item arrived. I hope that my money will be returned to me.

Do not buy form this website. Nice dresses on website but on reality cheap and poor quality!
What I ordered doesn't correspond with what I received, the quality of material is the worst ever, even the size it's not mine, and pay attention on the return policies they have just 24 h after the date you received the parcel.

Ordered 2 dresses. *******% unsatisfied

-bad (very bad) quality
-no similarity with the photos as far as the fabric, the pattern AND the colour is concerned (I understand that the colour in photos may differ from the reality but here we are talking for totally different colours)
-wrong measurements or fiting. Especially one cannot pass through my shoulders

3/3 failure. KUDOS.

I am asking for the process of returning the parcel and for full refund and they offered me 20% refund and keep the products that I will not use and sent to the fabric recycle.

This is a fraudulent website, they will take your money and not send you the stuff you ordered also super unprofessional people which is a big red flag

J'ai passé commande le 04.06.2021 pour une valeur de 100 USD. J'ai pris un supplément de frais d'envoi pour m'assurer de recevoir mon colis à temps (colis reçu entre le 11. 06. 21 et le 16. 06. 21). Nous sommes le 14. 06. 21 et mon colis n'est toujours pas envoyé!
