-bad (very bad) quality
-no similarity with the photos as far as the fabric, the pattern AND the colour is concerned (I understand that the colour in photos may differ from the reality but here we are talking for totally different colours)
-wrong measurements or fiting. Especially one cannot pass through my shoulders

3/3 failure. KUDOS.

I am asking for the process of returning the parcel and for full refund and they offered me 20% refund and keep the products that I will not use and sent to the fabric recycle.

Highest level of customer service - more than i expected. Despite the mass quantity of orders they contacted with me in less than 12 hours and gave a solution in less than 24.

My reservation was automatically cancelled because of Covid-19 since the studio would not open at all. I 've contacted with the studio to make sure that I will not be charged. And guess what! I'll ve checked my bank and the money were gone. And now they are talking about an partial NOT full refund. Definitely not recommended. Definitely not gonna use it ever again.
