I received the banner almost instantly. Turnaround time was excellent. But the image is blurrier than I had expected from the high resolution PDF I had supplied. Also, the dimensions are 1/2 inch shorter than I had specified and been promised by the Chat representative. She said I did not need to allow for bleed. But the hemming reduces the final size much like a bleed would. So the final product is a different dimension than promised. The site does not offer good technical advice, but I probably could have avoided these problems by asking more questions to the Chat representative, as she was very good.
