We placed an order for one customized scrub top on September 3,2024. After several weeks of waiting we were informed that a delivery was attempted in NOVEMBER of 2024 to an incorrect Suite Number. That was confirmed as an error on their part. We were assured that our order would arrive a few weeks later; however, it is now January 13,2025, the order has not been received, and the company is refusing to refund the order since it is customized! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND/OR RESOLUTION!
I was just informed that they no longer offer exchanges only returns. So I would not purchase unless you are 100% certain of the size, which often varies. I currently have 4 sets of new scrubs that are so big I can't wear them and my only option is to have them all altered. Seems profit is far more important then customer service.
I placed an order 9/9/24. It's now 12/9/24 and after calling multiple times each month, they told me that my order was waiting for shipment and that it was embroidered and I would receive a follow-up call with the new tracking order; only for them to send me an email stating they canceled my order because they are not providing embroidery service anymore (which they were told this past Friday). ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS yet they did not embroider and canceled my order. Then, tried to mull it over with a 75% off coupon. Um, what about my refund first before offering me a coupon for their lack of competency.
Do not buy from this company. They are under investigation. You will not have a great experience with this company. You will not get your order on time. They will not get you a tracking number. They have charged cards without authorization. Everyone must report them to your Attorney Generals office, better business brearu. There are many others who are way better companies. I rate this company customer service a No star.
I placed my order almost 8 weeks ago and still haven't received it! I called 3 weeks ago and was told my order would arrive within 2 weeks. Now, today, I called again and they told me it will be another 3 weeks! This is beyond frustrating. They charge your card immediately, but you have no idea when (or if) your order will actually show up. Do not order from this company. They take your money and completely fail to deliver on time (or at all). Terrible service and horrible communication. Stay away!
Ordered 1 Lab coat for our provider in September, it is now November with no lab coat. I called today to cancel and was unable to cancel and they told me it was still at their warehouse.
I ordered Uniforms from allheart almost a month ago only half of my order showed up and when I called them, they told me that it was on back orders so I asked that item be refunded and they told me yes it's been almost 3 weeks. I have not received my refund. I called them back. I spoke to a representative Gessie Who was really rude and told me that they had a process and I had to wait another two or three weeks before I received my refund. I'm confused about this. I've never had to go through this before like I said it's been almost a month. I have not got my refund or my items
An item arrived late more than a month later after I contacted them for couple of times. There another item in this order I didn't like and want to make a return but I couldn't because of the late- item. Contacted them and insisted to cancel that late item but they kept saying they will send it to me. After that late-item arrived, I was not more able to return the item I don't like anymore. It's very hard to contact and communicate with them
I ordered scrubs for work from here. The package never arrived even after waiting a couple of days. I called the customer service number on the email that showed the package was delivered. The company REFUSED to help me track the package. The said they wouldn't do anything until I called the US Post Office that said the packaged had been delivered. They gave me a tracking number and an 800 number to call the US Post Office. I've been on cyclical automated number hell with the US Post Office for 45 minutes with no help other than saying the package was delivered. They say to open an investigation will take 1-3 days to even hear back from the post office, much less get resolution. The "AllHeart" (oh the irony) company won't even help a customer who spent over $100 until I go through the USPS nightmare. This company ought to be out of business. I can't even cancel the order or return it until I have the actual package. What a freaking nightmare!
AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! Companies like this is why Amazon is putting places out of business.
Reached out to their email for return and still never got a message back. Save your time and don't get from this brand
If I could do -5 stars I would I am very dissatisfied with the service. I ordered two scrub sets and had financial aid from school and only the tops of the scrubs came and that was three weeks later I tried to get the order corrected and this is a month and a half later and the manager is still making pay for it even tho I'm supposed to have financial aid. I still have not received it. It has been horrible service would not recommend buying anything from the allheart company. I don't believe they are very honest in their professional doings. Never buying from them again.
This was the worst experience of my life. I've just started my nursing job so I had planned to find a website to buy scrubs from, and that would be my main site I would buy from BUT the very first order I purchased were WAY too big. These were a large but they would fit a 400 pound woman! I called to do a return but they inform me that I had to pay for shipping! These are very cheaply made. They look nothing like the pictures. Don't waste your time or money!
If using a coupon code you will be ripped off. I entered coupon code and it showed the reduction on the total. Happy with that I hit the button to complete the order. The finalized receipt did not show the reduction from the coupon code. I called customer support. The only thing they would offer if a $20 certificate to use on my next order. Not ordering from them again so that would be useless. I asked to cancel the order (this is right after ordering it) and they said the order is already processed so I can't cancel. What a scam!
Carefully checked size charts and ordered 4 shirts. Based on White Cross chart, I'd be xsmall, but don't mind a bit loose; note of "relaxed fit" on item sounded fine. The 2 shirts of this brand are so tight; one doesn't pull over my body at all. ( I'm 5, 2, 110, 33 chest). I've given feedback to the company, but by email and phone heard more about the return policy than how they will fix this issue. Nothing I could have done different. Site should indicate runs small or change the size chart. Likely this is why they were on clearance.
I purchased scrubs from them and their sizes are 2-3 sizes bigger. If you normally order a large, you will probably be a small in mens. When dealing with their customer service team, they are based in india and are not helpful. For a return expect to be charged $9. It is honestly one of the worst companies to work with.
I wish I would've found this site before I ordered. 8/8 placed order. Site says they ship out the next day unless it's a personalized order. It wasn't. Order should arrive 8/16-8/18.8/14 in the evening, updated to waiting for carrier to pick up. Today 8/16, still waiting for carrier pickup. Hadn't left the warehouse yet mad
You request an exchange or return and they say, this item no longer qualifies for exchange or return. Even though in their return policy they say "We aim to please."

I ordered 23 lab coats for my surgical tech class. The quality was trash, the material was thin. The coats were gigantic on everybody. They were embroidered, so when I was called I was told there's absolutely nothing they could've done. That's ridiculous! Something can always be done. Now we're walking around having to buy new coats. I'll NEVER order from here again.
So I contact the customer service I told him. I lost my package. If they can do something about that they don't care and I was trying to reach FedEx. They're not answering these people are so careless and irresponsible. It was my first time I purchasing from the side so I don't recommend site to anyone I should have to get scrub in person. Please don't waste your money. Check review first then decide.
DO yourself a huge favor and do not order anything from this company. They are slow, never respond or update their emails. Their merchandise takes a really long time and in my case I never received anything, I called 4 times, only to be told their email was not working. When I asked for a refund they told me to wait until the merchandise I never received would reach their ware house. DO yourself a favor and don't even order, just go to another website with better reviews.
