I needed to exchange an item. Unfortunately, this is not an option. I must return the item with a fee of 8.98, and then reorder so they can charge another fee. My order is full of cheap materials and the sizing is off. I would not recommend spending your own money here, this is unfortunately where my company gave us our scrub vouchers to.
The scrubs i ordered came looking like a sack of paotatoes, everything oversized i cant wear these. What a bad joke, i will never order from them again
I placed orders twice. AllHeart emailed me thanking me for my purchase. I waited for my orders, each time they said that they cancelled my orders. I contacted and they said they'll resolved the problem but they couldn't resolved and each time they said that they have technical issues.I think it is illegal company.
I buy scrubs by bulk and all the time they send me just the pants and tops never came.
They ofer a BO-GO buy one get the other one 40% off and then they never have the cheaper ones so the send you the expenssive one and dont charge you for the cheap one so you pay full price for everything.

I placed orders on several occasions. AllHeart emailed me thanking me for my purchase. I waited for my orders, each time they said they'll deliver it on a certain date, they cancelled my orders. I contacted and they said they'll resolved the problem but instructed me to contact a number in which you can't talk to anyone nor leave a message. Beware, I don't think this is a legitimate company. They tried to attract you with their low price but CANNOT deliver. I will give them a zero if I can.
I should have trusted the bad reviews… I ordered 2 scrub jackets and have had nothing but problems. Shortly after ordering I received an email wanting to confirm my address (but the jackets should have been shipped by then so I was concerned and I had given my address so was also confused) I gave my address again but contacted them as well. If I would not have contacted them I don't know if or when I ever would have found out that one jacket was on back order and no eta in sight. Let me also state that this jacket was a holiday jacket so if I waited, I'd likely receive it after the holidays so it would have been important to let me know this so I could cancel it and maybe get it elsewhere (which btw I did days later). They send me the second jacket which turns out to not be a jacket but an over the head scrub top, same print but not a jacket. I have had to email and call numerous times only to be told I got what I ordered however I will post the picture of what I ordered and it is clear the picture is of a jacket not a top. After looking at everything I believe they may have placed the picture with an incorrect description however that is not my problem. I don't know what each item is going to be called. I will be going off what I see. So now after fighting some more they will finally refund me but I have to return their error (fine) however they automatically emailed a label. I have no printer. They will NOT mail a label. Then I was informed I could use a QR code however that was after 10 minutes of arguing that this should not be on me to resolve or have to go find a printer and pay to print. Then I was informed that since they chose to email a label they can no longer send me the QR code. Wth? Now I am being told if I head to ups with the label to be printed they will print it. I do not believe they will do I will probably be wasting my time.
Also the top I received was extremely thin. So keep all of this in mind and beware if you order from here. (I've added the picture of the "top" that was shown - this is what I believed I was ordering- I will also add what I received)
I would give this company no stars if I was able to. So I placed an order on 10/27 and 10/28, let me first let you know that the order I placed on 10/28 was canceled and no one notified me I started looking for an email that I never got, it wasn't until I looked online and seen it was canceled. Don't even bother with the coupons/promotions they send because if you use them they get it back in shipping cost and if you get free shipping then you can't use the coupons. Took 2 weeks to get the items, I ordered 10 items but only received 7. When I called o was informed that all the tops that I ordered for the bottoms were on back order with no estimated arrival date. When I asked why I wasn't notified no one could give me an answer. I was offered cancellation but was told I wasn't charged when I was. They refused to change the item for something similar and tried to make me pay for the items again. I asked to return it and was told because it was on sale that I couldn't return or exchange the item. I'm still waiting for the hold to be removed from the canceled order on 10/28 and apparently I'm going to be waiting awhile for the tops to all the bottoms I ordered. I read the reviews and still decided to give this company a try but this company is garbage and the customer service is the worse. If you're wondering about the items that I did receive, the quality sucked the ran super big and not the size in the sizing chart they provided online. The scrubs looked cheap. Stay away from this company and shop in stores if you have the option. This company sucks and will rip you off and try to double charge you if given the chance. Please don't purchase from here
I ordered 2 scrub tops on 9/16. They both arrived today 9/23. I ordered a Stitch M scrub top and a Marvel M Scrub top. I did not read the reviews prior to purchasing. I read them after and did a lot of research. The reviews had me worried I was scammed. I tried to check my order status and it would say my order didn't exist which concerned me even more. I called the customer service number and got an immediate answer. The representative was so kind. They explained their website was being updated. The told me my items were shipped 9/19 and would arrive today. They did arrive today. It was exactly what I ordered. I'm 155lb and both M tops fit perfectly. All these bad reviews had me worried for nothing. This company is not a scam. They have wonderful customer service. They are based in California. I received my items sooner than I expected. I will order again and I'm pleased with my purchase.
I spent hours looking for just the right scrubs, adding to my cart, paying for the scrubs & anticipating my package delivery, right? Then a week later, check the status of my order to find IT'S BEEN CANCELLED! No email notification or any other communication from AllHeart, just cancelled. And when I called to find out why they tell me it's because my shipping address and mailing address don't match. No they don't, I set it up ship to my office... and if it mattered, why offer to bill and ship separately?! Then I call customer service located in The Middle East because, they outsource our jobs to them & couldn't get an honest reliable answer to save my life. I will never order from them again.
They will not own up to a mistake made in embroidery and will not accept my return or give any credit or discount for future order needed to replace labcoats with error. Customer service is a joke. Will never order from this company again. I ordered from another company soon afterwards. They make sure there is no error as the receipt that they email you even has the embroidery selection on it for your review. All Heart's receipt does not show the embroidery and there's no opportunity to review it just in case of errors. You pretty much are at their mercy that they will get it correct. Nothing is given in writing. Again, poor customer service.
THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER TWICE, I ORDERED FOR THE THIRD TIME AND THEY SAID THAT EVERYTHING WAS OKAY FOR MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED. NOW I CALL AGAIN AND THEY SAY MY ORDER ITS BEEN CANCELED AGAIN! NO NOTIFICATION NO CONTACT OR ANYTHING. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE IT SUCKS!
I spent 182 $ on a stethoscope and never received it. After a few months I called to ask where it was and they said they could to longer track it because it had exceeded the 120 day mark. The package was lost, they did not know here it was and they could not give me a refund because I ''should have called earlier''.
Ordered 2 pairs of Smitten pants and returned them because they were too big. The returned was received by them on June 17th. I inquired about my credit via chat and the chat said the credit was declined by my credit card company. Ridiculous thing to tell me because credits are not declined. I called customer support and they said there was a glitch in their system and they were having issues They offered a gift card and I declined. Still don't have my credit back. I will stay on them because withholding a credit when it is due is not right! They will be hearing from me again and again, but I will never order from them again. I do love the Smitten pants though.
This is a dishonest (and sneaky!) company —I never received a refund which they promised over and over again as I followed up multiple times over the phone and email. Beware: they sound very polite on the phone and in their customer service emails —until you realize they have dishonest stock phrases that they use to delay and make excuses as you get shunted from one person to another such as: "We just need to verify with our warehouse team that we received your return-is it ok if we get back to you within 24 hrs?" No call. The next time you call: "It's in the capable hands of our warehouse team; as soon as we hear from them we will contact you." No call. Next call "We no longer have your credit card information on file for the refund. Only a manager can take that information. Is it ok if someone gets back to you within 24 hrs.?" No call. Next call "We don't see you order on file. " You read the order # to them. "Oh ok. Our warehouse manager is not on the floor right now. Is it ok if someone calls as soon as we hear from them? This went on literally for months and still hasn't been resolved. Last email I reveived a message that said the message was undeliverable/inbox was full.
I was very very disappointed about the products, size is not good, too, big, too small, and then the returning is not free, I end up pay 15$ ship back myself, I did not keep any cloth, size is all wrong, fabric smell terrible, quality is rough, I just can wear anything that is not soft as my skin, anything is rough than my skin is a terrible itch.
I ordered 2 white jackets and had my name embroidered. I have ordered the exact same jackets and they were white. I again ordered the white option. I was sent 2 creamy/off white jackets. I sent them pics. They keep lying saying that the jackets have always been this color. I sent pics of the exact same jacket the I ordered from them previously next to the new jackets and they still stand by their claim…. Even though the option to select is listed as "white". They first offered a 50% discount and then said no discount because I left a bad review
I have requested customer service 4 times to stop sending me their emails and no one has gotten back with me.
I have unsubscribed 3 times.
I continually receive about 25 emails from them every few hours.
They messed up my shipping address so UPS had to return it back to them. Then I was lied to about the product being in warehouse, and was told they delivered it yesterday when it still on the way back to them after THEY messed up the shipping address. They charged me twice and will not refund me. Never again.
Do not waste your money on allheart! They messed up my lab coat I had personalized and they would not do good by it! I placed over $100 order and then it cost me to send the rest of my order back! I will NOT ever order fr this company again! Good luck if you do!
I ordered expedited shipping for scrubs I needed for clinicals in 2 weeks time. 4 days before I needed I asked to verify that they were still coming; they could not verify just said "our warehouse is having bad weather and they will be delayed" I looked up their warehouse and there was no weather to speak of, I asked them what city and weather to verify. Meanwhile they Ignored me. Then called me 2 days later and said the items I ordered are on bank order. (12 days after placing order) The website continued to say my items were in stock. Told them that's deceitful to those needing items by a certain time.
They said I could cancel, so I did. ONE month later I receive the items in the mail and they charge my account. I emailed customer service saying you verified my order was canceled why did you send me these items I don't want or need at this point. They said sorry and to get a refund I would need to send them back.
I let them know if they didn't refund my money I would be disputing charges with my bank and reporting to BBB. Worthless company.
