3 time order I believe. Filters always fit and worked fine. My only comment is to make sure the website is dummy-proofed on actual size. My filters are 30x32x2, but actual size is a bit smaller. It was shown clearly, but I would make extra sure it is highlighted very well with larger bold font. Not a complaint at all, just a suggestion to review.
