Your dumb website does not work. There was an itemize cancellation notice (why are you not on top of this in the first place)? I clicked the link to find another copy in my cart and that did not work. Poor attention to detail. Seems like we're finally through COVID, yet many still want to continue to rely on the excuse to do their job poorly.
