Ordered a giant parasol online with this company (5m x 5m) when it was delivered the decking boxing that was ordered to surround the base as a seat was so high it was more like a table, we were told that the photo we had been sent 'was taken from another site'. We had ordered no valance, it came with a valance, so disappointed. It is so tall when closed that the delivery men said it would require 2 connected white straps secure it whilst closed, they had only brought one half strap & a multi coloured one. Over 7 weeks later we still don't have the remaining straps. One was sent, but we can't secure the parasol as required. My latest request was replied with 'when you are next in the area pop in & get one!' rather than as I requested simply putting one in the post. No instruction manual or care instructions, as it says on the parasol were left with us. After sales- simply couldn't care less. Would definitely not recommend, wish we had never purchased from them.
