It cost me $50 dollars to ship back to them (as they don't pay for shipping) and never received my refund. It was an expensive item. I have called and emailed MULTIPLE times with zero response. Very disappointed.

I purchased a car seat from their web site. It was 3 years old. Buyers beware! Their prices are cheaper because they got the old staff. I also tried to submit a bad review numerous times, but none of them got posted on their website. So, beware that all the reviews are too good to be true.

I ordered a car seat from them. They shipped me a seat that was manufactured 2 years prior. Car seats have an expiration date so I get 2 years less use out of the seat now. I contacted their customer service and got no reply. I would advise that if you are purchasing a car seat or something else big, to avoid Albee Baby.

Great experience

I wanted a pink Doona car seat. I looked at multiple sites and Albee was one of the cheaper ones so I ordered it on a Tuesday. Today is Thursday and it was on my deck when I got home. I took it out and see no obvious issues. Would shop here again.

Albee baby store is horrible! They do not honor their expected shipping dates. Never sent a carseat after 7 weeks of waiting. They kept blaming me. Said that I knew shipping would be delayed! (Horrible attitudes) Well, I did not know it would be indefinitely delayed as the order page said a 2-3 week wait. They have horrible customer service. When I needed to return an item, that was purchased to go with the bigger item they never delivered, they refused to handle return shipping. This item needed to be returned because they never sent the bigger item, that the smaller item went with. Ridiculous. Shop elsewhere!

Ordered a carseat. Albee's shipping restrictions are making it impossible for delivery. FedEx won't let me pick up at center because Albee won't allow it. Albee won't respond. FedEx won't deliver to business address because Albee listed it as residence. Others on YELP report same problem. Run as fast as you can from this Company and take your $ with you.

Worst site ever!

Worst web site ever! 3 options to pay at check out great, email 5 mins later order canceled 2x PayPal sucks but apparently that's the only way you can check out even though there are 2 other options! Customer service people are rude and unhelpful!' Never shopping here again!

I bought this last week from here and it came in a a box that was in a terrible condition. I'm not sure if they sent me a return or just a product that had been sitting in a bad condition warehouse for many months.
The Stroller has 2 horrible screeching noises that are not fixable. I contacted Albee Baby and they could care less even though I just opened this the day before. They washed their hands and sent me to the manufacturer to deal with weeks of going back and forth even though this was still within the 30 days of purchase (it had actually been a week since we bought it).

I would recommend going somewhere else, probably amazon and if you have any issues there it will be resolved immediately.

I ordered Nuna Mixx travel system that was not on sale. The shipping was really fast, I received the item in less than a week and in great condition. I got over $250 in cash back from points that I am using now to buy other stuff I need for the baby.

I got the reward points from the previous order. And the points were redeemed for the store credits. I was about to use the credits for the next purchase, but the banner for the "credit use" did not appear anywhere. I had a phone call with one of the representatives this morning, so she said that she would reset my accounts. However, still, I can not use the store credits, and another representative whom I talked to 1 hour ago was too rude, even not solving the problem but asking me to wait for their email.

I came across Albeebaby when I was looking for a Maclaren stroller and noticed they had last year's version for $80 less than a new one, plus I found a 20% coupon, making it even cheaper. I had never heard of the website so I was a bit skeptical, but saw some good reviews and went for it. Turns out it's legit! And they ship super fast, I also ordered a Babyjogger City Select (again for a discount, last years model) and both times, my strollers were shipped within 1-2 days and arrived within about 3 days. The strollers are unused, look amazing, work amazing. The only downside is if you return them, you have to pay the shipping cost, so do your research on whatever product you are purchasing to minimize your chances of returning it.

I bought a car seat that had a date of manufacture that was over two years old. Of course most car seats are only good for 6-7 years. When I called the only option was to return the car seat at my expense. Very frustrating. I wouldn't recommend them.

I placed an order for a bugaboo stroller from Albee Baby and received a super scratched and dented stroller, I contacted their customer service team and it has been a horrible experience. They respond to me every 2 days and instead of being apologetic about the situation and trying to make things right they are offering me a really low discount for me to keep the scratched stroller. Overall horrible horrible customer service, not feeling valued as a customer and I definitely don't feel they are trying to make things right. Super rude supervisor as well.

A month ago I ordered a car seat for my Granddaughter as a Christmas present. Within hours of ordering I talked to my daughter and realized
I had bought the wrong one. I got in touch with Albee to find they had already shipped the car seat. But because it was done so quickly they were willing to stop the order and have the car seat returned to them.
Of course I ordered the correct car seat through Albee. It came in a timly fashion, I received credit on the first one and I couldn't

Ordered a Britax Boulevard car seat after waiting a month for one from hipmonkey.com and finally being reimbursed so I could get another one ordered! Anyway, I ordered the car seat on Monday night, July 12th, and received it today, Friday, July 16th, with free shipping! GREAT prices and GREAT shipping!
