I have been buying from them for months and they've never let me down. Recently, it took a very long time to get my order which was upsetting, but when it came they threw in some gifts! They never disappoint - really worth it. If you're nervous to buy, use Paypal and start off with something small, that's what I did. Much love <3

I have purchased several times without issue. They are super fast in delivering my purchase, like as soon as I pay within 3 minutes someone is arriving on my island.

I've had three separate orders from akrpg (on two different days) and they have come immediately to my island and have always given me exactly what i needed. I was scared at first using the site, but they're really awesome (: (p.s. I usually order past midnight PST)

It's been 3 days. I've kept my gates open for the entire day until the in-game time resets to a new day. Then I'll get a message that says my gate code has expired. They claim there will be an email when they're ready to come to your island but they don't. You basically have to keep the order page open and refresh it all day long to get any sort of update. So there's a message that my gate code needs to be refreshed. I reset it, and they wait another 24 hours, rinse and repeat.

Their "24/7 live chat" is a joke. I started at queue position 99, got to about 50 or 60, then it mysteriously lost connection and I started at 99 again. Over and over. I haven't even gotten to speak to a bot, much less a person.

I sent them an email but havent gotten a response. Might as well refute it with paypal.

I was a little bit hesitant to try this at first, but I figured if I used a payment option like Google Pay I could protect myself from a possible scam if that was the case. For a couple of days I was worried because I kept getting messages that they were unable to visit my island even though I did everything right, and the same thing happened with the chat help. I waited a few days and tried it again, and within just a few minutes they were on their way. I was loaded up with my requested items and everything went great. I'm happy that it worked out! Giving 4 stars only because it wasn't as seamless for them to get to my island, but once they did it was perfect.

I got what I ordered almost immediately, you pay through PayPal so it's fairly safe. I got tons of bells and items I really wanted. I work a ton so I don't have time to grind hours a day, I've used it a few times now!

Going on over 2-hours with no response. Live chat is closed because it says "no one is here". I've emailed and messaged them with no response. They took my money and did not deliver any items. Do not use this website.

Okay, So I purchased 123 items. ( A lot I know) I never received my items. I tried contacting them and they refused to respond. The option to put in a new dodo code never showed up. And they kept telling me my DODO code was wrong. (I've done this before on other sites, that no longer exist.) So I know what I am doing.
IT'S A SCAM!

I've ordered through them a few times. Never had a problem. It's a great site to find the odds and ends to round out your catalog or buy 30 Giant Rock Head statues, both fake and real, for your entry. And items arrive within minutes.

Make sure you keep your items in your order not more than ~70 -100 unique items. The shopping cart is wonky and the server they use doesn't like processing a $#*!load of items per order. Just do multiple small orders. I've had the site time out right as I was trying to check out... forcing me to deselect every item again. Just avoid the frustration.

Genuinely just as the title says, they're really great honestly. I've ordered from them more than a handful of times now and everything is always 10x cheaper than other sellers. In my experience, ordering several different times a day, they always deliver really quickly, like within the first 5 minutes of ordering. Couldn't speak more highly of this website tbh.

Somehow, even with all the doubts i had, and all the reasons this was *probably* a scam, it wasn't. They took my dodo code, and in about five minutes they sent one person who spent maybe five more minutes dropping on my island the many items i'd ordered. I don't even know how they carried so many items but it was all done in one trip and i couldn't be happier =)

Loved everything about this. They came to my island within minutes and dropped everything off with no issue. Clearly an affordable, quick, and safe way to purchase.

I found Akrpg from a great YouTuber named PunchNpie's video. I was a little skeptical at first before watching the video but after I watched the video and ordered someone showed up with all the items I had ordered within 5 minutes! I was a little nervous at first since this was the first time I've ever used anything like this for ACNH. I would definitely recommend watching PunchNpie's video on Akrpg's website to know more. If you decide to use this service make sure you double check to make sure you put in the correct dodo code!

Came fast to deliver my items, but all the items disappeared when the guest left my island. I never got my items the last time I ordered. Never using this again
