Airydress.co Reviews Summary

The company's reputation is marred by significant concerns regarding product quality and customer service. Customers frequently report receiving items that do not match descriptions, highlighting issues with material and workmanship. Additionally, the claims of hassle-free returns are contradicted by experiences of difficulty in obtaining return labels and delays in refunds, leading to sentiments of frustration and distrust. While there are no notable positive aspects mentioned, the overarching trend indicates a need for the company to improve its product consistency and enhance its customer support processes to restore consumer confidence.

Placed an order back in April. They claim hassle free returns. Not true. Had a very hard time trying to get a retun label. Never got one. Paid to have it returned, email them about it. No response. NEVER GOT MY REFUND FOR MY 3 ITEMS RETURNED. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE RIP OFFS! THIEFS!

Product description was a lie
May 2, 2021

I ordered a bright blue cotton dress with pockets. What came was polyester (could have been a plastic bag), dull blue, no pockets just fake tabs. The seam at the bodice was sliced. The workmanship was substandard. When I asked for a return authorization, I got the same run-around as I got from Roselinlin. Refund credit (not buying another fake dress) or a percentage that just about covered the shipping charges of the original purchase. I think this company operates under various names. Rosewe looks like the same products, but that's just my hunch.
