I was hoping to buy a pair of Fly London shoes to replace my old ones and I couldn't find any in the retail stores so decided to give this site a go. Don't do it, after waiting 10 days, I ended up with a cheap pair of suede shoes made for a very small foot. No size on the shoe. Will try to get my money back but somehow I can't see that happening. Spend the extra and go to a trusted website. Company seems to be based in Shanghai. No reply from the contact us email yet.
This site advertises brand name shoes. If you order a good quality brand name shoe for, say, USD$100, you are sent a very cheap shoe worth USD$5 from a company in China, which does not even remotely resemble the one you ordered. The email given on the site is presumably a sham - there are no answers to enquiries.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! We spent $187US on 2 pairs of Dr Martens. What was delivered came from China. Not even leather shoes nothing like what was ordered. No return info in the package and the website return policy so vague and no confirmation emails sent regarding the returns. So angry as it looks like we have lost $200 AU. How does this website keep getting away with this!
Do not buy from airsoftcouncil.com.au - I had a similar experience to other reviews, was sent a cheap pair of shoes that were not what I ordered. They are ignoring my emails.
It claims to be an Australian website selling shoes. Prices are not Australian dollars but US$ (considerably more). The shoes don't turn up.

This company is a rip off. Spent $100 and got a cheap chinese made shoe that wasnt even the same brand. Report them to consumer affairs.
