Convenient not to have to go out and purchase the items
Price seemed high but this is the first time I had to replace our battery.
I went online to order an attachment for a piece of medical equipment. The part was $15 and it showed free shipping. After the order was placed it showed that it charged me $27 for ground 1-5 day shipping. This is almost double the cost of the part. This keeping in mind is for something that weighs less than a pound.
I feel very blindsided! If it showed the shipping cost when it would arrive by, I could have made the decision on whether I wanted to go with a different company or not.
