Professional and timely communications from customer service. Despite an item being back-ordered the entire order was received within a few days of order placement. I have nothing but a positive experience from this company.

Online ordering process is very poor. I had to re-enter information multiple times before I could process order. Information entered on order form should remain even if information entered in other parts of the form need revising (for example I had to reenter my credit card data because the system did not recognize my address).

Took several attempts for card to be accepted
