I wanted to use Advcash for the Binance account loading. So I tried to register on Advcash. They asked to verify my identity which was a standard procedure. However, after sending them my passport photo, verification suddenly failed. I texted to support service where people told me that some Anthony V.
Compliance Specialist told me that "We are not able to provide our system's features for you. That's a final decision and cannot be reviewed."
I asked about the reason and didn't receive a reply.
So I decided to check my account and it was blocked!

This service is a joke. My hosting provider using it for some reason and everytime i pay via advcash i have problems.
They gave 15 mins for BTC TX to be confirmed. Sometimes btc is slow and it takes much more. Today i sent my tx again with high fee (around 10$), and get first confirm after 13 mins (i have all screenshot and profs), but advcash still saying time is over. This is prank. I lose $ and time using this ugly service. When they do moneyback they cut % from a fee. This service is scam. I hope no one will use it in future and advcash get closed asap (ill go to church and pray for that)
This is about a crypto payment to our merchant via our payment gateway tool, made by a customer who does not have an Advcash account. According to the information in our system, it took the crypto payment more than 15 minutes to get its first blockchain confirmation. For a payment to be processed automatically, the first confirmation must take place within 15 minutes. Upon manual review, the payment was eventually processed and the merchant received the funds (even before the multiple reviews). As long as the payment was processed without any extra charges, frankly we do not see the point of you praying for our closure. As for your other claims, there is no point for us in artificially declining incoming crypto payments, this only increases support load and costs and decreases the bottom line. It is in our best interest to process as many incoming payments as possible, not decline them. The fees charged for refunded crypto payments are crypto network fees. They are not charged by us and we do not keep any of the funds. The same 15-minute window is used by major crypto payment providers like Bitpay etc. We apologize for this minor technical hiccup and promise that we will review our processing mechanisms to see what can be improved. I started using Advcash about a year ago and I'm satisfied with all the services, which are quick and reliable. Customer service is the best; super fast communication and solution are really helpful. While looking for a financial service you have doubts, I'm satisfied with Advcash's services and customer service.
Dont use it they block you without any reason and if you asked them why i am blocked they dont answer. Your money is not in safe hands kindly dont use adv cash they are scammers and use your data somewhere else. They told you to raise a ticket but how can you raise ticket when you no access to your account and also guide you to email on *******@advcash.com but no response will even a month goes on an on.

The app is very good. He meets the needs. But the more physical and virtual currencies can be added, the better the app will be I believe. I am not used to writing reviews, but i was moved to do so because of the number of bad reviews i saw here from numerous people. Advcash is a very good platform and opening account on the platform is pretty simple. The feature i love so much is the connection with binance that allows you to buy crypto without any charges.
You will enjoy their service if you are not scammy in nature, i am thinking of connecting it to my website for payment since my country no longer allows us to deposit money with our cards.
And they support will always tell you what the problem is.

Very competitive rates. Customer service has still a lot of room to improve specially with response time. Chat and phone agents should be given more power so they can actually check what is going on with your tickets instead of just sending you the template standard answer and apologise for the delay.
They are very good, and have been working with legit exchangers, FX brokers and Merchants etc for years.

Advcash is a fraud. They may steal your personal information and then use it to create fake accounts. Even in this digital age, they ask for ink-signed documents. Not even banks, government agencies ask that. Their management is still old-school. Just because they say they are a crypto exchange, doesn't mean they are advanced. Don't waste your time. My first experience was good overall. I tried sending 100 euros and everything went just fine.
But as I sent a larger amount, it never reached my account. They say my SEPA transfer was not received even though I sent them the confirmation from my bank, and I called my bank to confirm the transfer was correctly executed. I have already opened 2 tickets (******* and *******) and both say the same. This is the worst company ever!

I had nothing but good service. No problem opening my account. Ordered the card and received it within 2 weeks. No problem transferring money and no problem using the card. I think most negative comments are due to people not following proper procedures.
Scammers steal money from your account. I used this dump for about 2 years, well, how I used it, there were small sums. As soon as real money appeared on the account, it was blocked that it was impossible to even log into it. They demanded a video call via Skype to allegedly confirm my identity, the uploaded documents were not enough for them. Even after confirming their identity through a video call and answering their bunch of stupid questions, the account was blocked, the money was simply stolen.
Don't use these scammers! I'm trying to sue them, because they don't even have a license and a legal address, it's just a sharashkin office, and the Internet is full of similar reviews, they just steal money. Bypass these scammers if you don't want to lose your money!

I ordered my debit card and received it in less than three weeks. I activated it and it works fine. I'm amazed by the variety of choices when it comes to transfering your funds. Also, when I had a query, they replied to me withing 2 hours! This is the fastest I've gotten a reply in such sites, PayPal usually takes 2 days. I would recommend it to anyone.
I have been waiting now for 2 weeks for the money transferred via SEPA (1001€) and not just for the money but for any reply at all. I mean I understand that they might be overloaded due to an increase of SEPA transactions but still, that is no excuse to not answer any questions.
So if you want to use advash to deposit money for example to your Binance account or so, better use a credit card and pay the fee as this way you will at least see the money.

I dont know why Binance is working with such scammers. I wouldnt send them anything since they did this $#*! to me for no reason.
