Internet scam - I agree with all of the complaint messages that are listed here regarding this company.
I connected to a pop up-----"Rachael Ray Diet---as seen on Oprah"---thinking this must be OK if they are endorsing this product. I ordered the product on 3/7/09--
After receiving the $4.99 trial yesterday 3/12/09-------I was suspicious---there was no paper work--no instruction--basicaly no information re this diet supplement.
I then went to the company web site --and by doing that, I found this complaint blog.
I have contacted my bank this AM & have cx my credit card. My bank tells me they have received many complaint re this company.
I also contacted the FBI--web site---the internet fraud division--website--- IC3.gov--and was able to file a formal complaint.
I will also contact the companies who represent Rachael Ray & Oprah Winfrey.

This is a rip off! ZERO STARS - I was also charged 80.00 for my free bottle of acai berry! Do not order this product! Somehow I was lead to believe I was ordering this from a local woman who had lost weight with the help of the acai and colonj cleanse. When I called to cancle future orders, I had allready been charged for both bottles (80.00 EACH) and I got some guy who barely spoke english and would not allow me to speak to any one else. I have only taken about 5 pills and would be glad to return them, but this is not an option.
THIS IS A COMPLETE RIP OFF!

This website/company is a scam. - Do not give this business any financial information (credit card acct #, etc) - they will continue charging your account under the transaction description of "International Fee - Teeth White". So far, I have had a total of four charges - one for the freight charges for the free trial I ordered, one for $69.99 for, what they claim I agreed to, a membership fee, one for $. 50 for the International Fee-Teeth White and one for $2.10 for the International Fee-Teeth White. When I attempted to contact a supervisor at this so-called company, I was told the supervisors were in a meeting and I would have to deal with the customer service person on the line (who gave the name as "Stephen" in a very distinctive Indian accent that was hard to understand since I am an English speaking American). This company has been reported to the fbi and will continue to be reported to any site I can find. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

IDENTITY THEFT and FRAUD! - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY(on the front page of AOL advertising a "flat tummy") Someone charged theri CHILD SUPPORT using MY CREDIT CARD -FRAUD!
I purchased 2 products from them and now I find out that they were not a secure site-they are based in INDIA! When I called zi got the same response-they couldnt help me. I had to cancel my credit card and pay $100.oo in fees for things I didnt even buy -let alone my security and identiy theft!
