I put an order on april 29th, apparently the processing time was 2-9 days and the shipping time 2-18 days. On may 13th i wrote an email to ask for a tracking number and I was advertised that the processing+shipping time was 15-23 business days and that my orden was processing. I waited 23 business days from the order to claim a refund because I haven't the tracking number nor the product. They response that I have to wait 1 or 2 weeks more. They don't want to refund my money after more than one month.
I didn't receive the purchase in time for Mother's day. And the name of my second child is wrong. It isn't a little mistake: they completely change the name! But the gift is very cute.
I would like to first start with the lettering. The E in the beginning of two names are R's.

This item took 35 days to arrive. Once received it was MUCH smaller than pictured and the stickers were extremely flimsy and already starting to peel off. I would never order from the company or recommend them to anyone.

I had a lot of trouble getting to the payment process. I was trying to click on shipping options several times and it would not let me pick.
I put an offer in at the start of April, was told it would be available in 18 calendar days. 2 months later and several follow up emails later, I'm told that it will be an additional 2 weeks because mother's day backed then up. I ordered for Mother's Day - Sun May 14th. I ordered on April 22nd. The product arrived Thu May 18th. The product is so small you cannot read the names. One of the names Jared - is smeared on the J. It's for our elderly mother. She cannot even see what the names are the writing is that tiny. Totally misrepresented on their site. It cost $62. Worst money I've ever spent. So disappointed.
Just a bad experience where to start. Never received tracking info and when asked about it was sent one in Chinese, also received really late. I received a damage item also. I do not recommend
Ordered a Mother's day gift May 7th. Paid for expedited shipping which stated 3 days. I didn't read the fine print, which stated, processing time plus delivery time. After 3 emails, they finally responded with that information. I understood. It is now day 11 after ordering and still don't have my item. Their email stated 9-11 days for expedited shipping which is the processing time plus 3 day delivery. No response to my previous two emails now either.

Placed an order online on April 18th and as of today, May 19th order ha shown no movement. It was going to be a mothers day gift but due to no response I went another route. Adorlla is impossible to talk to, went through their website 4times messaging them with no response. At this point I just want the order cancelled and highly recommend people looking elsewhere when giving someone your business. Order should of shipped within 10-15days however it still shows as "in production"

I ordered my husband a bracelet for Father's Day. Although the bracelet was not properly made the first time they were quick to respond and send me a proper bracelet no questions asked. Accidents happen and this company took responsibility and made it right. Wonderful product Wonderful customer service.

The product idea is very cute. But from the time I odered it to the time it arrived was just over 3 weeks. I had no idea it would take that long to receive this gift. When the gift arrived it was very tiny. The pot was maybe 3 inches in diameter and could fit a tiny tiny succulent plant. You could barely read the names printed on the pot! I had no idea it would be so small and I paid over $50 for this product.
Everything is good so far although I would have appreciated a preview of my customization.
