I placed an order on February 4th and a month later have not received it. And if you try to reach out to them by email they never get back with you. It is now showing shipped for a week but all the tracking shows is a label is created. I will never order again from them.
Zero stars! 100% dissatisfied and they won't provide a refund. I purchased two items for expedited shipping. It has been two months and still nothing, none of the items I've ordered have been received! I've been reaching out to the customer non-service since Jan 5th for order updates and they give me the tracking in China and it shows miles away from me and they tell me to check my local USPS and gives me the general USPS phone number! What a joke! Never use this site again.
Cant get any information about my order. I've been trying to track my package with the ID # and it says that I don't haven't placed any order. Plus when they're "helping on the chat they charged for help! That ridiculous!
I don't write reviews as a rule. But my experience with this company has prompted me to break this rule, and to warn others about the horrible experience I had. First, I ordered from this company because they claimed to be from France. They're actually from China Second, I was overcharged and I have a string of emails proving I was overcharged, I asked for a refund and was refunded less than what I was overcharged. I again sent another email and addressed the situation and got no response. In the meantime, my order took over five weeks. I paid for express shipping and express creation of my orders. When they finally arrived over five weeks later, they were discolored and broken. I sent pictures and notified the company, I was offered a 30% discount and told that if I wanted the item replaced I needed to pay for shipping for it to be returned and when they received it they would replace the item even though they had pictures. Why should I incur another expense for product that was misrepresented and overcharged?
Not at all what I expected for the amount of money I paid. Save yourself the disappointment and order from Etsy next time. Not to mention it took over a month to get. Thoroughly. Disappointed! I paid 60 dollars for this.
They completely ripped me off would not give me any order confirmation I contacted them through email told them that I wanted to cancel my order they told me that they were going to cancel my order and they were going to give me a partial refund. They never gave me a refund they sent me a product that was nothing like what I even ordered What they did send me is very very cheaply made and looks absolutely awful. Now they are telling me that I have to pay the money to ship the item all the way back to China if I want to see any of my money. Do not use this site buyer beware they are horrible to deal with. This has been a 2 month long process of fighting with them.
Received a completely different bracelet to what I ordered, different style and looked cheap and nasty! Then the company said I had to pay to return it! Luckily my bank are willing to reverse the charge. I would advise you avoid this company and shop somewhere more reputable! Very unprofessional company
My item took 3 weeks to ship. I had asked to change the shipping address and got no response. It was shipped to my grandmothers home where she won't be for months so no one will be able to retrieve it. I would never order from here again.

I ordered an item TWO months ago. After weeks, i reached out and they told me that the item wad "getting prepared". After weeks after that, apparently the item was "out of stock". I asked for a cancelation and a refund, and they completely disappeared. And they won't let you write a review on their direct website.
I have a history of dozens of emails between me and Adorlla company. I even paid extra for VIP service. They never sent the item although they sent me some made-up tracking number. The product never arrived even though it first said it was delivered. Then it said it was returned to sender. Then they said they would send it again and I asked to please send via a real shipping company such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS etc. and they refused. So they "sent" a second time and again it never arrived and again they said it was sent back to them. I said this is ridiculous, it was supposed to be a birthday present for my wife and she never received it. They said they will send again. I said you can only send again if you take a photo of the item so I know it was actually created and ship it via a reliable shipping company. They said they can't take a picture and now they sent it again through the same FAKE shipping company. I told them I want a refund and they refuse to refund me. I have never had such a horrible experience. Thankfully I have everything documented.
I was looking for something special for my son and daughter-in-law's wedding anniversary. Really had no idea of what to get them, only that I wanted it to be something special. I looked at what Adorlla had to offer and really liked the Wedding Anniversary Family Tree. The workmanship was really good and the finished product was just beautiful.
I was a bit nervous because I wanted to be very accurate, but triple checked everything and felt okay about it overall.

My husband ordered a personalized pin map for our anniversary, and paid extra for expedited shipping and we didn't receive the order until two weeks later (we were supposed to get it within five days). The product is absolutely $#*! - I could make it myself and actually spell it correctly (who the hell mispells California?!). The font is completely different from what they showed on the website, the spacing looks like a three year old did it, and the wood got SO warped it barely stands up! When we went to their site to get a refund, the only thing they could "refund" was the shipping fee but ONLY for store credit. I'm sorry, but that is RIDICULOUS. I attempted to post a review of the product with photos, but they didn't allow any photos to be posted, let alone anything longer than 100 characters. The grammar is $#*! on the site too - very sketchy and I can't believe my husband got roped into it.
The product was supposed to be for my first wedding anniversary and this company fell straight through. Do NOT order from them, even if you think they have great prices.
