Not only did the items I ordered, a lamp and gift box, come weeks late, but the lamp was snapped in half and the gift box was crumpled. It took 6 emails over the span of a week to reach customer service, and their final response asked me to fix the lamp myself. The best they would offer was a 20% refund for a lamp that was 100% broken.
I purchased a keychain for my husband for father's day, when I finally received it I noticed, a typo on the main message!

I ordered the item in early May, however it was not received until 6/11/2021. Also during the process I emailed customer service to determine the status of the item and they never responded. They provided a tracking number to track when shipped but it only showed when the item left the facility. You could not track the item step by step. I will never order from them again.
I placed an order on February 4th and a month later have not received it. And if you try to reach out to them by email they never get back with you. It is now showing shipped for a week but all the tracking shows is a label is created. I will never order again from them.
Received a completely different bracelet to what I ordered, different style and looked cheap and nasty! Then the company said I had to pay to return it! Luckily my bank are willing to reverse the charge. I would advise you avoid this company and shop somewhere more reputable! Very unprofessional company
A necklace was bought for my significant other and when we open the box to get it out and put it on her neck, we noticed it was broken. "Ferny" who wrote back said only 20% would be refunded and stated a replacement necklace wouldn't be an option. Nice in pictures but $#*!ty in person.
Company is a scam. Placed order for wife's birthday. Sent follow up emails when I heard nothing about delivery and assured it was coming. It didn't. Follow up emails all excuses. It's been over a month and still no item. The company is a joke. LIARS!
My item took 3 weeks to ship. I had asked to change the shipping address and got no response. It was shipped to my grandmothers home where she won't be for months so no one will be able to retrieve it. I would never order from here again.

This is a scam website. I bought my purchase from adorlla site on 2/4/24, it says shipment 9-12 working days. I obtained my shipment on 3/9/2024. I contacted them multiple times, they have the following issues:
1. Poor customer service
2. They do not refund your money
3. The product is misleading I bought the silver projection bracelet it does not project n it looks like. Common bracelet not customized inspite the fact I laid customized.
4. The box they delivered was jammed
Please do a favor to yourself and avoid this scam website. No one should buy their product. They are misleading, false advertisement, and poor customer service and on top of that they do not refund

Ordered a Mother's day gift May 7th. Paid for expedited shipping which stated 3 days. I didn't read the fine print, which stated, processing time plus delivery time. After 3 emails, they finally responded with that information. I understood. It is now day 11 after ordering and still don't have my item. Their email stated 9-11 days for expedited shipping which is the processing time plus 3 day delivery. No response to my previous two emails now either.
Terrible service. Ordered a Mother's Day gift for my wife on April 8. They advertise shipping in 4-8 days. I finally reached out after two weeks of not hearing anything. I was given the runaround for three more weeks being told three different times my order was being "rushed" and "priortized urgently". It was all bs. Still never received my order and luckily had my money refunded by my credit card company. I will never waste my time trying to order and deal with this company ever again… Terrible service…
I ordered a customized gift over a month before needed. It came late, was broken, and had the wrong name. I contacted customer service about just a replacement. A few days went by and they offered me a coupon. I said no, I just wanted the right thing. A few more days go by, and they offer me a new one but it'll be delayed because of Mother's Day. Ummm...that was a month ago. At that point, I'm thinking this company is a scam. I just asked for a refund. More time goes by and they say they will refund me if I send them the broken, wrong name piece back to them internationally at my expense. No thank you. I spent a good amount of money on this and will just be out that money than spend even more for something that will also likely arrive broken and several months after the event I needed it for. Don't waste your time or money!
I ordered a package 42 days ago. Still have not received it this is a terrible company to work with. Even when you contact customer service via email it's "can you please wait a little longer". Are you serious? Oh and their tracking is on a website where half the tracking data is in Chinese. This is where we're failing we shouldn't trust China to send us stuff in a timely manner and this company should be ashamed of themselves. This is absolute disgraceful company and I will never do business with them again.
I ordered an item from this company for my fiance. Never received a tracking number. When I tried contacting the company they kept giving me a run around and when I threatened to report them to my bank they promised me to expedite my package, but it never came. Never did I receive my order. Stay away from this site it's a scam!
Very easy and user friendly. You must be patient if your ordering in the US, because the company is not here. Tracking of the package was made available and easy to keep up with. Overall a good experience, just wasn't prepared for the wait. The gift brought about a huge smile from my wife, so the wait was worth it.

This company has terrible customer service. It has been an entire month and I have yet to receive the valentine's gift I purchased. When requesting a status update, they took several days to respond and when responding, they simply regurgitated their policy without actually answering or providing me with an update of my order. I ordered the gift almost 2 weeks before Valentine's day and am still waiting for it to ship.
Never will I purchase from this company again! Slow, do not go by their policy timeline, and terrible customer service!
I did not realize it would take over a month to receive my order. I've done custom products from other sites and received them within weeks. Then sadly, I received it today (June 1st, ordered it May 3rd) and it's completely broken. I've asked for a refund, sent a picture of the product received. I'm waiting on a reply.
