Zero stars! 100% dissatisfied and they won't provide a refund. I purchased two items for expedited shipping. It has been two months and still nothing, none of the items I've ordered have been received! I've been reaching out to the customer non-service since Jan 5th for order updates and they give me the tracking in China and it shows miles away from me and they tell me to check my local USPS and gives me the general USPS phone number! What a joke! Never use this site again.
Customer service has very slow communication. I paid for expedited shipping, the website said 4 to 5 days and it took 12 days. When my item arrived it was supposed to have crystals, the website shows them installed, however mine came in a bag for me to install with no instruction. I'm no artist and have no clue how to put them in place, another thing I was charged extra for and did not receive. Overall product is cute reason for 2 stars.
Website does not give a preview of your order to verify its what you want. I ordered anyway with hopes that it looks as good as the generic version shown in the catalog. Easy to fill out order and pay.
I ordered this for my brother and husband and still haven't received the product! It's been stuck in New York for weeks. I want my money back and Lisa refuses to give me my money back! I spent $116. Save your money and go some where else. It's say customer satisfaction guaranteed! That's a big lie! Lie on safe secure delivery. Cause it never got to my home!
Ordered a photo bracelet for 10yr anniversary. Did not receive expedited as paid for. When I did receive it the picture inside is extremely scratched. I was asked for pictures to send in order to get refund. Really? You'd have to break it. When I try to log in to start return it states I am using spam email. Pretty bracelet but useless. Will not and recommend no future purchases.

I was really hoping this was going to get to where I want e d to send it by or at least near Mother's Day. And now I am completely broke bc it has now charged my card a second time. Please someone make this right. I need my money back as now its over 300$ that I have paid when it was only supposed to be around 190$ Please please I need someone who can help. I had a good experience so far. The only thing I'd wish for would be an edit button to the items in the cart. And if there is one I couldn't find it. All I saw was the and because of that it took me way longer than it should have. So excited for my family to get everything. It is a surprise for all of them!

I ordered an anniversary gift on May 19. It was not received by my daughter until June 21! There was nothing to indicate that the product would take that long to deliver! Also the quality was not worth the price I paid for it! AND they had to put it together themselves!
Ring is cute. Not quite what I had expected. But cute. The site said delivery in 7-10 days. I received it after 25 days. It came from China. I had to contact customer service twice in oder for it to get done.
The item I bought arrived later than I thought it was going to be. I paid extra for expedited services and it still came later than I thought. It did not arrive for my anniversary even though I ordered it the week before.
If i had known this was ciming from China, I would not have ordered it. Shippung took way too long and no way to track it effectively. The picture inside is not great. Have to hold it up to a light to see any part of it. Nothing like in the ad. Even though there's a way to adjust the band, for a tiny wrist it leaves two long strands/ropes hanging there. It can't be cut to eliminate this.

Checking out was difficult, kept having errors, wouldn't and never did accept my promo code, never did it say the free shipping would take over a month! We're over a month since I purchased and still no product!
Pretty expensive, promo code didn't work during check out.
This site said it could deliver before Mothers Day and we still have not received our items.
We purchased 7 days before Mother day and paid for expedited shipping to find out that manufacturing took a month.
I do not recommend this site for any type of gifts as they falsely advertise.
