My order never arrived! Customer service were useless and lied to get you off the phone. Have to wait a minimum of 7 working days from specified delivery date before they will even start the refund process

I spent over £100 on a pair of Copa Sense. 1 football boots. These were supposed to be £180 full price. They were on sale for £127 and I had a 20% off voucher. Even so, the quality was poor. They were poorly finished and not worth the money

I have returned the boots and for the second time of making a return with Adidas, I've had to wait a long time for my refund. I've been waiting over a week. The last time it took over a month and several phone calls and messages. Let's see how long this return takes.

They used to be a good brand. I don't know what happened. For football stuff I now buy Nike for quality boots and Mitre for training wear. Will never buy Adidas again
