I had a decent experience with them the first time I worked with them, they gave me my essay 2 hours late and I got an okay grade. Asked them to do another essay and they let me know they couldn't finish it after I already paid them. This was on December 16th of 2020. Since then, they've been promising to refund me and I had always been messaging them and emailing them to get my money back. Today is February 10th of 2021 and they dm'ed me back on Twitter saying they can't refund me with no apology or explanation. DO NOT trust these people.
