Considering the who in info on the domain is this:
Jacob Noble, 2 watson park, Doncaster, south yorkshire, GB

And not Microsoft like you would expect. This is a FAKE SITE. They want you to download and install some kind of software.

Since we know they aren't Microsoft, you would be installing some kind of malware. (maybe a trojan, keylogger or worse?)
