After taking it for a whole month, unfortunately, this is not helping me. Some days, I feel so bloated, my gut becomes hard. While it makes me go poop, it also makes feel constipated the rest of day. I really want to like it. I will go back to eating yogurt, kimchi, Natto and oatmeal.
